Villa Jacaranda is a traditional Spanish style detached villa in a secluded quiet complex of six detached villas, sited around a spacious private garden area, containing 2 superb pools, which are exclusively for the use of occupants. Eye level hedges, which give additional privacy, and security border the area. Intruder alarmed with air conditioning in the main living rooms. Terraces to both sides of the property, front (facing the rising sun) overlooking pools, larger rear, (which faces the sunset) borders the 15th tee of the famous Villamartin golf course. It has a built in barbecue and a totally private roof solarium, ensuring shade or sun all day long as desired. Local supermarket and shops within 5 mins; the picturesque, bustling Villamartin Plazza, with many restaurants and night life is a 1 km walk away. Fabulous child friendly La Zenia beach within 3 miles, various golf courses within easy driving Easily reachable from Murcia airport (15 mins) or Alicante (40 mins)

The local area is centred by the Andalusian style Villamartin Plaza, which houses numerous restaurants and caters for all nationalities and tastes. There are also pubs (with sky sports), karaoke bars and discos for those who like to have an active nightlife Less than 3km away is the beautiful La Zenia beach, one of many stretches on the Costa Blanca that hold the European 'Blue Flag' for clean beaches. Bars and restaurants overlook the beach so you can eat, drink and take in the scenery! The main town of Torrevieja is just 6kms north of Villamartin on the N332 and is thriving and vibrant. The old fishing and salt ports still retain much of their original charm and character. In the town you will find many restaurants, shops and bars added to by the recent addition of a new promenade and marina. There is a massive market is held on Fridays and you will find everything there from leather jackets, shoes and bags to ceramics and textiles and a wonderful selection of fresh foods.

  • To make best use of ventilation the bedrooms are situated in the cooler downstairs, and air conditioning is provided in all the living areas. The master bedroom has a king size bed (see photo) as well as an en suite bathroom with shower , bath, 2 basins and bidet. It also has a separate exterior door leading to a private shaded downstairs terrace , which has a table and chairs Under the bed there is an easily assembled cot for babies. The pool room has two single beds, and the room facing the golf course has two single beds, which can be easily pushed together to make one very large bed. There is ample hanging and cupboard space in all bedrooms. A further bathroom with toilet completes the downstairs accommodation.

Notes: The surrounding grassed garden area is exclusively for villa occupants and affords ample area for sun bathing round the pool, or sitting in the shade of the various trees. There are 5 terraces: the larger, downstairs is shaded and to the rear, it leads directly off the master bedroom, and has a table and chairs; the other downstairs terrace overlooks the pools.(see photo) Upstairs, the large rear with built in barbeque, overlooks the golf course, and has a family sized table with ample chairs. To the front the breakfast terrace catches the early morning sun and is accessed from the living area. On the top floor there is a very private sun roof. There is selection of video's, DVD's, books, board games and CD's available for use, as well as sun loungers, beach toys, inflatables and tennis rackets. There is a wheelchair ramp to garden but the main living area is upstairs The villa is set in a quiet exclusive essentially residential area, which is very rarely fully occupied

Golf: Golf is available at Villamartin championship golf course and within a five-minute drive at Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses. Many further courses, including La Finca, Mosa Trajectum, Quesada and La Duqesa are within 30 minutes drive. There is a large selection of courses within 60 minutes drive. Driving ranges and club hire at all nearby courses.

Beautiful villa to stay in, equipped with all you could need. Pools were also excellent. Upstairs terraces to front and rear of villa an excellent way to enjoy sun or shade as desired all day long. We thought rental car was essential to get about. Plenty of beautiful beaches within easy driving distance. Huge selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and pubs. Plenty of places to sightsee.
