Luxury Villa in Villamartin, Costa Blanca: Casa Lazy Day is five years old and has internet access. Our home has 3 bedrooms (1 superking size or twin beds in master bedroom + 2 twins) 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There’s a garden area, 1st floor terrace that both bedroom 1 and 2 can share, a solarium for private sunbathing and fantastic views. This south facing villa has sun from morning until the evening - the garden terrace provides shade from mid-day sun. This home overlooks a very clean and sunny communal pool, and the solarium has a sea view beyond Villamartin golf course - this is a must for golfers and their families. Villamartin Plaza is only 10 mins on foot and 2 by car - there you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks and chemist. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short drive away. The golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are close by. San Javier airport 35km away

The development of Villamartin began in 1972 and is without a doubt one of the finest golf and residential areas on the whole of the Costa Blanca. Its situated 5 km from Torrevieja town centre and is located close to several blue flag beaches. Popular with golfers and non-golfers alike. Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, a large street market, evening street stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. The renowned Real Club Nautico of Torrevieja & Puerto Deportivo Marina has over 1500 mooring places of high quality. For the children there is a Tivoli (fun fair), Aqua Park (open summer times) & go karting. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found. There are also churches and museums in Torrevieja. Approx 40 mins drive from Alicante or 20 mins from Murcia airport based in South Costa Blanca. There is a good motorway close by. A car is not necessary, but useful.

  • Payment methods - cheque, bank transfer or paypal. Notes on rental rates - A 20% non-refundable deposit is required - minimum of £100 to secure a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of booking date then full payment is required. Cancellation Policy - Up to 8 weeks of arrival date - no charge, 4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total payment refunded, 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of total payment refunded, Less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund given. A £100 security bond is also required in the unlikely event of any breakages etc. Payable by cheque, which will be returned within 2 weeks of end of stay, provided keys are returned and there are no damages. The owner reserves the right to charge clients for damages, breakages or loss to the property caused by the client.

  • Our key holders have tokens available should you wish to use the air conditioning.

    It is advisable that the Client obtains their own comprehensive insurance cover as the owner cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, damage, cancellations etc. In the event of the owner cancels then all monies will be refunded. All information offered by the owner forms part of the booking conditions. Distances and descriptions are offered in good faith and theses terms and conditions apply to all bookings and the client is deemed to have accepted these conditions.
  • Linen and house towels are included. Beach towels not provided. There is a charge of 55 euros (for 4 people +10 euros for each additional person) for cleaning after your departure. This is payable on arrival in euros. On the day of arrival you will have access to the property no later than 4pm. We ask that on departure you vacate the villa by 10am. If there is no arrival expected on your day of departure we can be flexible with the departure time. The final decision on this is with the key holder. Special long term rentals: Discounts given for rental of 3 weeks and longer. Please contact the owner with your requirements for further details.

Surrounding area: There are many restaurants in and around the area offering international cuisine. There are several bars, shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the villa. Villamartin and Los Dolses are both very close by and offer an excellent choice. La Regia, also close by has two top class restaurants. Along the coastal road you will find many bars, and restaurants offering Chinese, Indian, Norwegian, German, Mexican, Spanish and English food. The Spanish are fond of their open air markets and it is possible to visit one every day of the week. Many bargains can be found and are definitely worth a visit especially for leather goods, rugs and souvenirs. Less than 3 minutes walk from the villa you can walk amongst the local countryside side (Common land) and enjoy the orange and lemon groves, almond trees and herbs that grow wild.

Beaches: There are three Blue flag beaches only minutes away by car. Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Campoamor. Due to the wonderful climate all year round the Costa Blanca enjoys over 320 days of sunshine annually. Other beaches include Las Palmeras, Torrevieja and Torre de la Horadada. Most water sports can be found in the area. Most beaches have bars/cafes for drinks and light lunches.

Golf: The villa is ideally situated for those who enjoy a round of Golf. The famous championship golf course at Villamartin is less than five minutes drive away, as is the beautiful course of Campoamar with it's glorious 19th hole and panoramic views. Campoamor is set in two valleys with magnificent views. Las Ramblas (ten minutes drive) is the shortest of the three. The recently opened spectacular La Finca Golf course is slightly more inland and about 20 minutes in the car. The world famous La Manga course only a 40 minute drive south along the coast. A must for any keen golfer. If you are planning to play golf during your visit, it is strongly advisable to pre-book your tee-times to avoid disappointment!

Davies (Mar 06) Villa was very nice, perfectly clean, must commend you on all the home comforts you provide most importantly the TV service meant mum was able to watch all her usual soaps, nothing seems to have been missed. All in all our trip was very enjoyable and already we are all looking forward to visiting your villa in the future. We also would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Kelly (July 06) We had a great time and the accommodation was excellent for a family holiday. We visited two other friends while we were in Spain and our villa was by far the most appealing and contained everything we needed! The pool area is very safe and it was great that the children were able to play out in the street. It was like a home from home. Thank goodness for the air con as it was roasting hot at times!
