Absolutely amazing Villa which has 2 double bedrooms 1 x twin & 1 x bunkbedded room,3 terraces a swimming pool & designer outdoor bar / BBQ all set on 650m2 of gardens & less than a 2 minute walk to the Los Dolses shopping Centre & less than 10 mins to Villamartin Golf Course. The square has restaurants, pubs/ launderette/ Hairdressers etc. Set in panoramic gardens & with sea views to two sides of the property this is completely new for rental. The villa caters for minimum 8 persons & has everything in luxury required. The dining area/conservatory has pool and garden views & is a massive plus to have private undisturbed days & evenings lazing around. The kitchen is a full American diner with washing machine, dish washer - You name it we have it. The Villa is air conditioned as well as gas centrally heated throughout. We require that a refundable security deposit of £250 be left in the event of any damages . Take a look at the pictures. MJV 15min

Nearest Airport: Murcia/Alicante at 20 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 2.0 Kilometres
Car: recommended
Just a few hundred meters from Villamartin championship golf course, and less than 2 miles from the excellent Campoamour and Las Ramblas golf courses. All are excellent Golf Courses to play all year round. Also within 20 mins drive are La Finca and Quesada golf courses. A short 1 minutes walk takes you to the 2 very attractive, and recently built Los Dolses commercial centres, which have 2 large well stocked supermarkets, banks, shops, an internet cafe, plus many bars and restaurants. The famous Villamartin Plaza is a 10 minute walk away (passing by the golf course) and has a multitude of restaurants and bars, shops & a supermarket. La Zenia Blue Flag beach is just a mile away, which is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute leisurely walk. The communal pool is very little used, and the villa has its own private access gate to the pool. Only residents and guests are allowed to use the pool. Murcia Airport is 15 kms, Alicante is 40 kms.

Firstly my sincere apologies for the delay of this email, you must think us so rude.
I would like to on behalf of all our holiday party say Thankyou for the rental of your villa, we had a FANTASTIC holiday.We have been pretty much everywhere else, but never Spain on Holiday, so I had no idea of where to book. Luckily I came across yourselves and found exactly what we were looking for. On arrival we were met at the airport , half our party went in with your representative and we also hired a car for the week, the gentlemen who greeted us at the airport and villa could not have been more gracious or polite and were very helpful. A real credit to you. The villa itself as I said was exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter was overcome with excitement at the prospect of sleeping in the bunkbed and nearly exploded when she saw the pool. We stayed upstairs which gave us that extra bit of space. Emily, our daughter by the end of the week was jumping into

Los Dolses Villamartin

The villa is located in a quiet residential area with local supermarket only a few minutes walk. The area of Villamartin provides a few nice cafes/bars however restaurants are hit and miss. The villa itself is lovely with everything you could ever want in a kitchen, however the standard of cleaning both inside and outside the villa is alot to be desired. The private pool is really nice, not suitable for toddlers as it is very deep, however the communial pool is spectacular. At any one time there was no more than 5 people around the communial pool which included a safe toddlers pool. It is not possible to walk to the beach from the villa, a taxi costs €8 to La Zenia beach however €15 by taxi to Torrevieja we found fab restaurants, cafes, beachs everything La Zenia didn't have! A Car is essential at this residence. Alan was very helpful prior to departure and even while we were there so Thank you. I would not recommend this villa to families with young children however it is a great villa for couples, groups of friends or even families with teenagers. The outdoor BBQ and bar area is lovely.

The villa was better than we had imagined,The owners were extremely helpful with details of map to it and what was available nearby,such as shops and restaurants.It could have done with a better cleaning service than the ones been used.WE enjoyed our time there very much and the whole family agreed.

we stayed in sept 2007 and loved the villa's spacious living room with two large terraces for evening drinks as well as the pool terrace and the bar/bbq,the drive holds two small cars and is very private, the bedrooms are great for accomodating a vary of uses,the pool . maintenence man is very thorough and get a bit used too but dont let that put you off the team are extremely helpful over there. what can I say it cost us under a grand to rent for the week and we took the whole family, restaurants / golf and bars all within walking distance and we had my husbands elderly father with us.

I absolutely had a fabulous time in this villa in the summer, we want to pre-book again for 2008. Heather & her usband Alan could not be anymore accomodating, they both provided alot of detail for our stay and provided telephone details for our contact in Spain. this property is lovely and spacious, safely sleeps 8. Valus for money. the pool is amazing and the bar area with BBQ is great for having friends visit.
Kids loved it and so did our elderly parents.
