This is a new Villa recently finished to a high standard. Situated in the heart of the Costa Blanca it is ideal for families wishing to spend time on the beach and by the pool, golfers who want to enjoy the many courses in close proximity or people who just want to chill out in the piece and quite of a warm climate. Situated in a small complex with secure parking and 2 communal pools, it is only a short walk to the Villamartin Plaza with its restaurants, bars and shops. The ground floor of the Villa comprises an open plan living dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. From the rear patio steps lead up to the solarium off of which is the 3rd bedroom with en-suite. This separate space makes it ideal for privacy when couples travel together with families with older children. All bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating.

Located in the popular Villamartin urbanization, within easy walking distance of the central Plaza. The Plaza is a popular, atmospheric meeting place set on two levels with a variety of shops, banks, bars and restaurants allowing dining in a different venue each night. The Villamartin Golf Course is situated right next to the Plaza with two further courses, Campoamor and Las Ramblas being only a 5 minute drive away. Further a field there are many more golfing opportunities to test your handicap. The clean sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca coastline are a stunning with the blue Mediterranean water and plenty of water sports on offer. The closest beach Playa La Zenica is a short drive and carries a blue flag rating. Torrevieja with its Promenade, street markets, marina, aqua park, shops and night life is only a 7km away. For a quieter pace of life visit one of the regional towns to experience a more Spanish way of life.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon booking a 20% non refundable deposit is requested. The remainder of the balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Reservations made less than 6 weeks prior to departure required the full rental fee to be paid in full upon booking. The rental cost includes bedding and towels (please supply your own beach towels). A 60 Euro cleaning/linen rental fee is to be paid to the key holder upon arrival. This is our home in the sun and we would request that any breakages be replaced.
  • Discount is offered for longer term rental i.e. on a monthly bases, especially popular for the winter months.

Beaches: Orihuela Costa has 16 Km of coast which alternates between cliffs with transparent waters and prestigious beaches of fine sand: Punta Prima, la Zenia (Closest to villa), Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca, Mil Palmeras… Year after year, the Costa's beaches have obtain 'Bandera Azul' status (Blue Flag), according to the environmental regulation of the European Community, and have all the services necessary to receive tourists and visitors. At its beaches, coves and sports ports (Cavo Roig and Campoamor), nautical sports can be practised all year round, thanks to the privileged climate of the area, which assures an average temperature of around 20 º C and more than 300 days of the Sunshine a year. The beach area is no built up with high rise apartment blocks, beach bars, chip shops and loud music, if this is more your taste then you should head for Benidorm !

Golf: Three championship golf courses on your doorstep, and many more in the vicinity. We have just returned from a week in the villa. The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice !!!. It was really clean & very well equiped, the air conditioning in every room was a god send. The seperate bedroom & en suite upstairs was like a seperate apartment, very handy if you are going away with parents !!! The pool was right outside the back door, very safe & we often had it to ourselves. The top terrace is perfect for al fresco dining & we were happy to use the BBQ for 3 nights.The location of the villa is excellent, just a 10 min stroll to the Plaza which had a huge variety of resturants, with nobody pressuring you to buy timeshares or eat in their resturant. The nearest beach La Zenia less than 5 min in the car is beautiful & well worth a car/taxi trip. Other beaches we would recommend are playa flamica & cabo riog, all very close to the villa. I would definately recommend hire of a car, although not necessary it will give you access to so much more of the surrounding area. This villa is excellent value for money as we have stayed in other private villa's, which do not compare to this. We can't wait to return next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Everything was as stated by the owners. The information pack provided prior to our stay was excellent. The out door pool was right outside the back door of the villa and was never busy even allowing for the time of year. We enjoyed several nights out at Villa Martin Plaza. I would recommend restaurant "Che!!" for food and atmosphere. We had a great week and would recommend this property.
