Recently built on the edge of a prestigious golf course in Villamartin and within close reach of superb beaches, luxury CASA LAUREL is the ideal villa to rent. The villa boasts three bedrooms to sleep six people. It has all mod cons including air conditioning for hotter days and cooler evenings, a safety deposit box to ensure the security of your belongings and English TV. The villa is furnished beautifully with a unique yet warm style. There is definitely a comfortable attraction to lazing around indoors enjoying the benefits that the villa has to offer or you can enjoy a relaxing time beside our very own splendid outdoor pool. The pool is large and is very appealing. Overlooking the pool is a more secluded sun terrace, which is a fantastic area enjoy the pleasant surroundings of Villamartin and the Costa Blanca, this is also an especially relaxing, quiet and romantic place to retreat to on warm evenings. The upper solarium is ideal for sun worshippers.

Situated to the south of Costa Blanca near to where it meets Costa Calida, Villamartin has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. There are shops, restaurants, bars, parks, bowling, banks and supermarkets all within a five minute walk of Casa Laurel. The resort offers numerous activities which are year-round and there is so much to do, there is no need to leave the village itself. In addition to the four golf courses, the horse riding, tennis courts, cycling and bowling there is also the very popular La Zenia beach just five minutes drive away. If you venture out a few miles you will come across Torrevieja, Orihuela and Murcia which all boast excellent facilities to include many open air markets, historic buildings , art galleries and concert halls. Not forgetting the water park, the shopping opportunities and the busy Spanish nightlife this really is a great place to visit for all ages.

Casa Laurel can be rented with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom if you only have 4 people in your party and want a luxurious spacious villa with super pool and at cheaper rates.
