Fantastic location, walking distance (5 min) to Los Dolses Plaza with numerous bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, or walk to Villamartin Plaza with it's upmarket restauraunts,bars palm tres and parrotts! . 5 minute drive to Golf Courses, Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamoar, La Finca (20 min) 5 minutes to Numerous Blue Flag Beaches, La Zenia and Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is 15minutes by car/taxi with designer shops, nightclubs, bars, a fair for the younger children, and a fantastic water park. Los dolses has several supermarkets for cheap beer/wine and if that's not enough there is another choice of restauraunts (5 mins walk) to Rioja for a good evening out (quieter) . The motorway is approx 1 mile away which takes you either to Alicante or Murcia Airports. This area has everything to suit everyone!   • High Chair Available for £30.00 each per week. There is a cot in the Villa if required.
  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required immediately This is refunded off the total amount which is payable 8 weeks before departure. We may ask for 150 euros breakages deposit. this will be refunded on departure.
  • There is also an 80 euro fee for cleaning and for a representative to greet you at the property on your arrival and departure, this is payable to our representative upon your arrival.

Permanent Wheelchair users may have difficulty as there are a few steps up to the villa from the garden. With help, elderly and others with walking difficulties, could manage. Smokers are welcome but please OUTSIDE the property only. Area is safe for young children as it is a gated community. Safe parking. Property is fully alarmed with CRAC (best) and Air conditioned throughout (not the portable units like some other properties offer which is essential in the summer months). Air conditioning also provides heating in winter months. There is a barbeque outside the property for you to use if you wish. The property is equipped with a TV Satellite, DVD Player/recorder and some DVDs .

Other Activities There are plenty of activities in the area from Tennis to Water skiing, Cycling, horse riding, Go-Carting, Water park. Wind surfing along the coast within 15mins drive. There are numerous Blue flag beaches - some have activities for children in the summer months. There is a children's fair in Torrevieja every evening. You will find a local market nearly every day as each area has it's own and are in close proximity. Shoe factories can be found in Elche - this is a 30 minute drive away and is a great day out, it has the largest tropical palm tree natural nature reserve and is spectacular, good shopping here as well. Los Dolses ia great for cycling along the canals, there bars, restaurants to suit every taste,

Golf Information:

There are 6 championship courses in the area all within 5-20 minutes from the villa, The best courses are situated in Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, and Campoamoar only a few minutes drive away. We can arrange booking for you if required. The nearest Airport is Murcia which is maximum 20 minutes away. No hassle little airport with hire car facilities. Cheap flights are coming in now - check RyanAir, EasyJet, Jet2, to name a few.
