This superbly located, recently refurbished villa is only a short 10 minute stroll from Villamartin Championship Golf course and the supermarkets, shops, bars and wonderful restaurants of Villamartin Plaza. The property is beautifully furnished and has three bedrooms (one double, two twin), a main family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The lounge is luxuriously decorated with leather sofas and a dining area with seating for 6. There is satellite TV including BBC1 & 2, ITV, Channel's 4 & 5. There is a very large sun terrace leading from the master bedroom with amazing sea views (see picture) it is ideal for BBQ's with seating for 6 and 2 sun loungers. There is also a further terrace leading from the lounge with seating that overlooks your own private lawned garden with illuminated palm tree. Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is payable on confirmation to secure the booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure (if the booking date is after 6 weeks of departure payment will be required in full). Payments should be made by cheque or directly into our bank account, details of which will be supplied once the booking is made. On arrival you will be met by our local contact, who will hand over the keys and help you settle in. A key/security deposit of £100 will be payable to the total which will be refunded once the villa has been checked for damages. A 60 euro's cleaning/laundry charge is also payable and will be added to the balance of the holiday. Arrival is after 14:00 and check out by 10:00am on the morning of departure.
  Prices are per week and include full use of pool, water, supplied linen and electricity. Please bring your own beach towels.
  Welcome packs of basic food provisions are available on request at very reasonable rates.

Complex Facilities

The Valencia complex on which the villa is situated, with its pretty gardens and fountains, has fantastic facilities with 2 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, adventure playground, 5 aside football and Italian Restaurant. Shopping and Markets: The nearest supermarket at Villamartin is a 10 minute walk away and the nearest large supermarket is just a 3 minute drive. There are many local Spanish markets taking place throughout the week, where you can buy anything from locally grown vegetables and produce to other local products such as shoes from Elche, Chocolate from Turron and leather products that are also locally manufactured.

Additional Services

Baby equipment is available free of charge and can be reserved and placed in the villa or apartment for your arrival i.e.: Travel cots/high chairs/car seats. Airport transfers can be arranged form Alicante for 40 euros and Murcia for 30 euros one way and return transfers are Alicante 75 euros and Murica 50 euros. Car hire can be organised and delivered to your door. For an additional charge welcome packs of various sizes can be arranged for your arrival including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, bread, beers, wine and soft drinks.

Local Information

The Costa Blanca has 38 Blue Flag beaches and has an average of 320 days of sunshine per year at an average temperature of 24 degrees Celsius. Torrevieja is 10km away and is famous for is salt lakes and therapeutic climate. Torrevieja is busy all year round and shopping can be enjoyed in the new Habanares shopping centre or the evening street stalls. There is also a funfair near the marina. Just outside of Torrevieja is the Aquapark (open during the summer season) with its flumes, water-slides, pool, wave machine etc. For the more cultured a visit to the local historical towns Murcia, Orihuelu and Elche with their many churches and museums. For the really adventurous a day trip to wildness of the Sierra Espuna national park is recommended. Beaches There are a number of sandy beaches only a short distance away that have Blue Flag awards for cleanliness, safety and unpolluted waters.

Golf Information:

Golf courses Campo de golf Villamartin. (3 minutes away by car). Par 72. Established in 1971. Venue of the 1995 Mediterranean Open won by Jose Maria Olazabel. The premier course in the region. The 17th has been described as the finest par 3 hole in Spain. Las Ramblas. (5 minutes away by car). Par 72. Opened in 1991. Has many spectacular holes from elevated tees with ravines across many of the holes. The 4th is said to take your breath away, a spectacular downhill par 5 with two ravines to negotiate. Real golf club de Campoamor. (5 minutes away by car). Par 73. A longer course than the above two courses. The greenest and probably the easiest of the three because of its wide lush green fairways. La Finca. (20 minutes away by car). Par 72. is the newest and American in style with much water. The world famous resort of La Manga is only 40 minutes drive by car.
