  • A £200 deposit will secure the booking. With the balance paid 8 weeks before departure and a returnable £200 deposit as security against damage incurred during stay. This will be returned by way of cheque to you upon return of keys and no damage.
    You will be met at the Villa and given keys and shown around by our management team Chris and Pete Mayfield who are neighbours.
  • We aim to maintain the highest of standards. Should any damage occur during your stay please advise our management team as soon as it occurs so that we provide replacements or rectify the situation so that you and any subsequent guests may continue to benefit for a quality stay.
  • Payment in either pounds sterling or euros, cheques and credit /debit cards accepted. Keys are given on arrival.

It accommodates 6 persons and is only 5 mins from 3 Golf courses: Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. It is only 15 mins from La Finca and many more great courses are within 45 mins. Enjoy your golf in style and at the best time of year in Spain... September to June. If you wish we can arrange for golf club hire, booking of greens and buggy hire.

Golf: Villa Balconaries could not be better situated for three of the best golf courses on the Costa Blanca coast. Villa Martin , Real Club de Golf Campoamor and Las Ramblas are all within 5 mins from the Villa. Special concessions can be arranged by booking through our local agent and clubs can be hired from 15 euros per day should you not wish to bring your own. Trollies and buggies are also available to hire. Great courses...great golf and great facilities. The new course at La Finca is only 25mins drive

Really enjoyed our stay here. Being collected and delivered to/from the airport was very significant to our overall enjoyment and lack of stress. Access to car and boat was a factor in enticing us to book this property. Your attention to detail certainly added to our experience and we hope to return soon for a longer stay.
