Traditional Spanish style villa, one of six with choice of two private pools for villa users only. A fantastic view overlooking the 14th hole at Villamartin golf course, a very relaxing & peaceful area. Air con to main rooms, security safe, seating for 6 people in the dining/living room with a well equipped kitchen on the 1st floor. There are 2 terraces to the rear overlooking the pool & course, another to the front, with a solarium located on the roof for all day sunshine to take in the views. The ground floor consists of 3 twin bedrooms sleeping 6, the master bed has ensuite with shower, WC and his&hers sinks, & door to the pool & gardens. The second downstairs bathroom also has a shower, WC and twin sinks, the first floor bathroom has shower, sink& WC. This is a golfers paradise with a number of courses within easy driving distance, La Zenia beach is located (approx 5km or 6-7min by car).There are many bars & restaurants for evening entertainment, some within easy walking distance.

Nearest Motorway : La Zenia, off the AP7 motorway at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : beach at 5.0 Kilometres

Just a few hundred metres from Villamartin championship golf course and a couple of miles from Campoamor & Las Rambles golf courses, also within 20min drive are La Finca & Queseda golf courses. Within a few minutes walk are two commercial centres with a well stocked supermarket, gift shops, banks, bars & restaurants. The attractive Villamartin plaza is also within walking distance and has numerous excellent restaurants & bars, supermarket, gift shops & bowling alley. Less than 5km away is La Zenia beach, one of many on the Costa Blanca coast line, which holds the European blue flag for clean beaches. The main town of Torrieveja is approx 10km away, this is a thriving and vibrant fishing port with many restaurants, shops& bars, most evenings there is a local market, this is well worth a visit for holiday souvenirs.
