Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include check in/check out, utility bills, plus welcome pack on arrival.
  A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking, with the outstanding balance payable at 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If your booking falls within less than 8 weeks before arrival, then full payment to be made with booking.
  An additional refundable deposit of £100 is required as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys. This will be promptly returned by post when property has been checked after departure.
  
• There is a standard cleaning/laundry charge of €60 per stay payable locally.

Local Amenites

There are local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and banks within a five minute walk as well as a Mind Body and Soul Health Centre. Villamartin Plaza (see picture above)is a beautiful tiled galleried square with palm trees, home to colourful tropical birds. Here there is a large selection of bars and restaurants offering many types of fine cuisine, from around the world, and entertainment. The plaza boasts a well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, hairdressers, betting shop and bowling alley and much much more. The plaza is ideal for a lively afternoon/evening out and is popular all year round.

The Area

Villamartin is a very green area with an abundance of flowers, shrubs, pine and palm trees. It is located approximately 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport, 25 minutes drive from Murcia airport and is 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja on Spain's Costa Blanca coast. The region boasts beautiful beaches, many of which are European Blue Flag and a wonderful climate, which is hot in the summer and warm in the winter (approx. 320 days of sunshine).

Torrevieja

Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, a large street market, evening street stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. There are clubs and disco's including Pacha and El divino. For the children there is a Tivoli (fun fair) Aqua Park (open summer times) go karting. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found. There are also churches and museums in Torrevieja.

Golf Information:

The Costa Blanca is famous for it's many golf courses, staying at Villamartin is an ideal location as it is surrounded by 3 of them, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. La Manga and La Finca course are only approximately 30/40 minutes drive away. All have excellent facilities including buggy and club hire and superb club houses.
