Authentic country finca in stunning mountain location. Ideal for those seeking total relaxation and a taste of real Spain. For the more adventurous, there is mountain walking, running, cycling and mountain biking from the doorstep and a host of other outdoor pursuits, including fishing, nearby. The area is rich in natural history and ideal for painting holidays and ornithologists and botanists. The property boasts a large private swimming pool and patios set in an acre of its own orchards. The villa is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including English television, washing machine and dishwasher. It comfortably sleeps 13/14 with, 3 king size bedrooms with en-suite shower and 2 further massive family bedrooms sleeping 3/5. All the bedrooms are big enough for a cot (we have 2 available) and we have a high-chair and some toys for little people!

The house has a great feeling of space and is the perfect home-away for a group holidays and family celebrations.

The Sierra Mariola National Park is a stunning mountain region just 1hr from the hectic Costa Blanca. Popular with Spanish holiday makers, it offers a taste of real Spain within easy reach of both Alicante and Valencia airports. There is something for everyone to do, be it: visiting local cultural attractions such as castles and ancient walled towns or partaking in outdoor pursuits, such as walking, running and mountain or road biking. Many of our guests indulge in pure relaxation and just enjoy the house, private pool and gardens and amazing views. The popular village of Agres, which offers a number of excellent restaurants and bars, is just a 1.5km walk. The nearby towns and cities of Muro, Concentaina, Alcoy and Xativa offer a great range of shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions. The lovely beaches of the Costa Blanca are only an hour away if you want to spend a day or more on the coast. If you don't want to 'do' anything this is the ideal 'get away from it all' villa.

Welcome pack: We ensure that there is a milk, a few beers and a bottle of wine in the fridge to keep you going. There is also tea and coffee and some basic kitchen condiments. Please ask if you would like more shopping done before your arrival.

There is an information pack in the house with all you need to know about the house, shopping, transport and local restaurants.

We have a number of English speaking helpers on hand should you need them for anything.

Fiesta!: See the biggest fiesta in Spain!

Alcoi - our nearest city - was the first city in Spain to celebrate the battles of the 'Moors and Christians', today it still boasts the largest and most spectacular festival in the country. Come and stay at Finca Santa Ana around St Georges day in April and see the amazing parades, costumes and battle reenactments for yourself!

Other local fiestas worth seeing are the All Saints fiesta in Cocentaina at the end of October, Cocentaina Moors and Christians in August and Muro Moors and Christians in May. The Village of Agres has a month of fiesta in September with the main events happening in the first and last weeks.

Wow! Idyllic!

I have been to stay here on many occasions and it is simply stunning; a true escape location. The property is perfect for big families or groups of friends. I loved the quiet location with great views.
The house itself was great; light rooms filled with true spanish character and the pool topped it off! The owners left in an immaculate condition with attention to detail.
I really enjoyed going for long walks and runs in the surrounding countryside, there was so much to explore. The local village is lovely and locals friendly. If you want to travel further afield then it is an ideal spot to discover the pretty towns and villages in the area. It is also a reasonable drive to some beautiful beaches. Thank you for lots of wonderful holiday memories...can't wait for the next visit!

Peace and Quiet

I have just returned from Finca Santa Ana and had a wonderful time. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 6 children and we all agreed that the villa was a perfect place to stay. If you are looking for a place where there is a buzzing nightlife then you have come to the wrong place, this is rural Spain and very beautiful it is too. The villa itself is huge and comes with a great pool and massive garden. The kids kept themselves entertained for hours. We drove to Benidorm to visit Terra Mitica theme park and althought the road is windy, you can see some amazing countryside. All communications with the owners were very pleasant and nothing seemed to be a problem for them, they made us feel really at home. I would certainly recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys wonderful views, peace and tranquility

Great Value For Money

We booked Finca Santa Ana for a multiple Family trip.

The house has plentiful accommodation and lots of space to relax and take it easy. By far the greatest asset is the pool where the kids and adults alike spent most of their time. Evenings were mainly spent on the patio barbecuing.

The House & grounds could certainly benefit from some attention in certain areas but for the price it represents good value for money.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

RURAL SPAIN EXPERIENCE

Two families spending 2 weeks at Finca Santa Ana and very much enjoyed the culture and beauty of this farming area. The house is remotely situated in a area of outstanding natural beauty and is a spacious home of spanish charm, with a large pool. The local village of Agres has venacular Spainish architecture, locals speak Valencian. We had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday, thankyou

FANTASTIC !

This was our first villa holiday and will definately not be our last, we were two families 4 adults and 5 children and it was perfect the villa was very big and you could have your own bit of privacy if you needed and its location is beautiful and very safe for the kids.
The pool is very very nice and cleaned regularly great for the kids and us big kids to play in all day!!
The local supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive and the local village is 2 minutes drive and you can get fresh bread, milk, and it has a great shop which sells local fruit and veg.
we would recommend catching the train from Agres station (2 min walk) to Valencia you get to see the local scenery and have a relaxing journey (2 hrs) at the same time, if your feeling a bit more energetic i would also recommend taking the car to monestry and walking to the ice caves it is a good walk but the views are breathtaking.
Rachel was very helpfull when booking and nothing was to much trouble.
I would recommend the Finca Santa Ana for large groups and families and we will definately be returning.
