Located on the luxury 5 Star Altea Hills Resort, Renters can use the fantastic hotel leisure facilities. The house which is 2 minutes walk from the hotel has both sea and mountain views. Accommodation: Downstairs - fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with Satellite TV, DVD, CD, air-conditioning. 1 bedroom (twin beds) and full bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms (Main with double bed, 2nd twin beds)1 full bathroom. Main bedroom has private balcony with sea/mountain views. Outside are covered & open terrace areas and a small lawn. There is a communal pool. Altea Hills is arguably the finest luxury resort on the Costa Blanca nestling in a mountainside location facing south with panoramic views over Altea Bay. The 5 Star Hotels sub-tropical gardens with lagoon swimming pools (free) are absolutely spectacular. There is a top-class Mediterranean restaurant with open-air terrace. There is a gym, indoor pool, sauna, tennis and Health Club - fees payable. There is 24hr security

The historic town of Altea is 3 kms away. There are numerous restaurants, shops and art galleries. It has a palm-lined promenade and marina. The church square in the old town is very impressive with its blue dome glistening in the sunlight. There are lovely restaurants in the square, with heavenly sea views. There are interesting cobbled stepped streets leading up to the square. You can also drive up to the top of the town and park near the square. Golf A 5 minute drive brings you to the Don Cayo Club (+34 965848046), a 9 hole course (buggies for hire). There are other Golf Courses in the area. A 20 minute drive brings you to Benidorm which has 3 Theme Parks, Terra Mitica,Mundomar, Aqualandia.

Places to Visit: Costa Blanca North Costa Blanca North has many interesting places to visit with activities for all the family. Terra Mitica is a theme park in Benidorm with lots of thrill rides. Mundomar has dolphin shows. There are great water slides at Aqualandia. There is an extensive shopping and nightlife in Benidorm. The Benidorm Palace has a spectacular cabaret show with dinner. This is probably the best cabaret on the Costa Blanca. Other Places: Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel. Guadalest: Visit this spectacularly situated village, built by the Moors on a rocky crag. The drive up to the village is breathtaking! The view over this part of Costa Blanca is magnificent from the walls of the castle. There are Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. You can take boat trips along the beautiful coastline from Altea.

Costa Blanca: The Costa Blanca offers one of the best and most extensive ranges of tourist amenities in the world through the quality of its services, its excellent climate and its cultural richness. The beaches and mountains of the province are a delight to everyone who visits the Costa B;lanca. Beaches There is a secluded beach beside the yacht club (Royal Greenwich at Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes) just below Altea Hills. there is a long sandy beach at Calpe, 10 minutes drive from the house.

Less than 5 minutes from the house is the Royal Greenwich Yact Club at Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes. It is situated right on the The Prime Meridian of the World (0° longitude). hence the name.

This property was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location of Altea Hills is stunning and easily accessible by car to the marina, beaches and town of Altea. The added bonus was having membership to the facilities at the Altea Hills Hotel. An excellent and efficient service was provided in all aspects of the booking process and we received accurate answers to our many questions regarding the villa ad surrounding area, thank you! We would certainly recommend this property.
