'Sierra Cortina' is one of the premier developments on the Costa Blanca, set in the foothills of the Sierra Cortina Mountains overlooking miles of beautiful coastline. Our air-conditioned house has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both of which have a balcony offering panoramic views to the sea. The living accommodation is open plan - a fully fitted kitchen with separate utility area opens onto a beautifully furnished lounge / diner. Facilities include TV, DVD player and hi-fi with CD. Front and rear gardens allow for al-fresco dining. There are two communal swimming pools, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, as well as a Tennis Court and 'petanque' court.

In the foothills of the Sierra Cortina mountains, luxury villas, terraced & semi detached houses and duplex apartments make up little villages, built in the Mediterranean style. The urbanization is situated close to the village of Finestrat, only 5 minutes from the nearest beach at Cala de Finestrat. The nearby La Marina shopping centre has mens and ladies fashion shops as well as numerous other shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a Carrefour hypermarket which sells everything you will ever need! Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqua Natura theme parks are a few minutes away, as are two 18 hole golf courses at Villaitana Resort and Spa, as well as Sierra Cortina pitch and putt. There are two beautiful beaches and a huge choice of bars and restaurants in Benidorm - a truly cosmopolitan resort 15 mins away. Travel further afield and you will find the picturesque villages of Altea (with its blue-domed church) and Guadalest, a mountain top village that will take your breath away.

This really is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. Well equipped, very tastefully decorated ,it's a lovely relaxing place to be.
Outside the back garden gate, is the communal swimming pool, boules pitch and a tennis court. Just right for children or adults.
Only a few minutes away is the hustle and bustle of Benidorm or the smaller resort of La Cala Finestrat offering sand, sea and a lingering sangria at Molly Malones.
Theme Parks and Golf courses are literally on the doorstep
but I would recommend a hire car for the freedom to explore Denia, Calpe, Guadalest and the Jalon Valley.
We will soon be returning.
