This beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment has everything you will need for your holiday. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven & hob and washing m/c. The living room is very spacious and comfortable. From the living room there are patio doors to a large covered terrace with a a dining area and a seating area to relax leading onto the private garden. There are the 2 bedrooms, all with good furniture. There is also a communal garden and swimming pool. Also available, fantastic 3 bedroom (2 double, 1 twin), 2 bathroom, 3 terraces. Sierra Cortina is located at the foot of the Sierra Bernia mountains, overlooking Benidorm approximately 3kms away, with fantastic views over the Mediterranean sea from Albir in the north to Villajoyosa in the south, stretching to Alicante on a clear day. Nestled in the mountains behind is the picturesque and unspoilt village of Finestrat which has a number of typical Spanish restaurants and bars. The area around Finestrat is very popular with walkers, climbers and mountain bikers. In the direction of Benidorm are the fantastic recently opened golf courses of Real de Faula, which currently has 27 holes and is very competitively priced. There are also a number of theme parks just a few minutes away. Terra Mitica for some of the best rides in Europe, Terra Natura for a taste of the different cultures of the world, Mundomar sea life park and Aqualandia waterpark. Just a short distance from Collada Real you also have the gorgeous beaches of Benidorm. Then there is the Benidorm nightlife..
