Zenia Golf IV is a lovely, well maintained, gated and private development of houses & town houses built around 2 swimming pools, with children’s paddling section & attractive landscaped gardens for the exclusive use of residents. Our 3 bedroom property is one of the more spacious houses with full downstairs bathroom and upstairs en-suite. A 10 minute amble takes you to a pleasant cove like beach with soft sand, good bathing, a beach bar from April to October and new all year round bar and restaurant at the nearby marina. 3 championship golf courses are within easy reach, just 10 mins drive away. There are many other beaches close by with bars and restaurants and coastal walks. There are a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and banks within 5 minutes walk of the property. On the South Costa Blanca, well located between 2 international airports – Murcia/San Javier (20 mins) and Alicante (45 mins). Ideal for families, couples, golfers and anyone seeking an active or relaxing holiday.

There are three good sandy beaches within walking distance of the house. Cabo Roig is a 10 min stroll, others include La Zenia and Campoamor. Cabo Roig and La Zenia beaches are joined by a pleasant and easy coastal walk around the headland. The beaches can be enjoyed all year round, due to the excellent Costa Blanca climate and the 320+ days of sunshine. Torrevieja has a water park which is great for the children and only a ten minute drive away. There are three championship golf courses within 10 mins drive – Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. There are other courses within a 20min drive and the La Manga complex is about 40 minutes away. Water sports including scuba diving, sailing and water skiing can all be found in the area. The new Bar/Restaurant at the Cabo Roig Marina and right next to the beach is a great place to relax, soak up the sun or watch the sun go down. There are plenty of good restaurants, shops, banks and a variety of markets close by.

    Please note - rental rates are all inclusive of a meet and greet service, cleaning and provision of clean bedding, towels and t-towels. Unlike for other property rentals you won't be asked to pay any additional costs for this service Booking deposit – A non-refundable £100 deposit per week is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to departure. If departure is within six weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking. Security Deposit – A £100 damage/lost keys deposit is also required payable at time of booking and refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property at the end of your stay
  • Meet and greet service – On arrival you will be greeted, keys provided and the alarm system explained to you. Cleaning and Linen Service: Clean bedding, towels (not beach towels) and t-towels are provided and included in the rental.
  • Other Information: The property will be ready from 2pm on arrival days and checkout is 10am on the day of departure. Airport pickups and returns can be arranged in advance at an additional cost of €35 from Murcia (€45 if after midnight) and €40 from Alicante (€50 if after midnight) and are payable locally to the driver.

  • Our property sleeps five comfortably and by using the bed settee can, by arrangement, accommodate six people. The furniture throughout is of a high quality wiith patio table & chairs, cutlery, glasses and bed linen renewed as it is needed. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite (wash basin, toilet & shower). This opens onto the balcony with views over the swimming pool and gardens. There is an additional room with a single bed off this room. Downstairs is a further bedroom with two full size single beds and a further bathroom (wash basin, bath, shower & toilet). There is ample wardrobe space in the bedrooms and a safe. There is a large living and dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. Air-conditioning serves the living & dining room and upstairs bedroom to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. There are additional heaters in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a walled patio area from which is easy access to the pool.

The beds have good quality mattresses (many of our guests comment on the comfortable beds) and the two settees provide comfortable seating. Cable TV provides many channels including BBC1/2, ITV1/2, Channel 4 and radio channels including BBC1 to BBC4. There is a CD/DVD/Video Player. All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. We would like you to enjoy your stay at our house. You are welcome to use any of the items in the house but please replace any breakages or any food or cleaning materials you use. The house is non-smoking and over occupancy is not allowed.

Ideal for Winter Sun: The house is ideally situated and suited for winter holidays and to enjoy some sunshine during the dull and drab UK winter months. The beaches are quiet, the sun shines, the sky is usually blue and the weather is warm. There is still plenty of colour with bougainvillea and many other plants in flower. Restaurants are open with no queues. Roads are quiet so you can easily get around and it’s not too hot to do some touring around. Explore the area by car, on bike, or just take some good long walks. Although we don’t rent to groups of golfers there are three good golf courses within ten minutes drive and many more within 30 minutes travel. So enjoy a relaxing round of golf. The house has plenty of heaters, rugs and warm blankets in case it gets nippy in the evenings. Oh and rates are cheaper as well and with low cost flights you can have a wonderful week or two without it costing you the earth. It will do you the world of good. Take a winter break and enjoy Spain at its best.

Superb Beach & Golf Holiday Home in the Sun. South

An outstandingly equipped holiday home. It is within walking distance of the beach and all amenities. Bars and restaurants are close by. It is conveniently sited by the main roads giving good access to the whole of Murcia. Bus stops are close by.
The property is near both Murcia and Alicante airports.
The property is on a very pleasant complex with a first floor balcony overlooking the complex swimming pool. A downstairs terrace faces the same direction. Even in the peak of summer the complex is quiet.
We have had 4 recent visits there and each time find something different in the area - beaches, walks, shopping, or bars.
The property is equipped to a very high standard with all everything needed for a fantastic holiday.

My partner and I and 2 friends had a great stay here in September, the villa is very clean and tidy,everything you need is there, the complex is also kept spotless and the pool was very inviting, bars and restraunts are all a very short walk, as are the beaches, we will definetley book again, cant rate highly enough........

Fantastic holiday! Accomodation brilliant-all needs and more catered for and very clean.
Great holiday with young children as lovely swimming pool and clean sandy local beaches to keep them entertained for hours!
Weather couldn't have been better- lots of sunshine!
Will definately be going back.
