This lovely corner house is in the prestigious Cabo Roig area of the Orihuela Costa and within a short distance to Cabo Roig beach. Set on 2 floors the villa is tastefully furnished throughout and accommodates 4 persons comfortably. Entry to the villa leads you through the garden with specimen tree and terrace area into the spacious lounge and dining area with its beautiful semi circular leather suite providing ample and comfortable seating. The dining area has a glass topped table and seats up to 6 persons. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The first bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes is on this floor as is the family size bathroom with full bath and overhead shower. The upper floor has double bedroom en suite with shower and leads off to a large solarium. Air conditioning is installed as is a British TV satellite system. The residents private and secure communal pool is a few moments away.

The area of Cabo Roig on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the very popular beaches of Levante and Cabo Roig, the beautiful Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia. You are also just a short journey from the plaza at Villamartin, and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre offering a wide range of restaurants and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor golf course with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come and play golf with over twenty five courses with easy access to the Orihuela coast.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 140 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of 50 euros to pay on your arrival
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.
  • If you wish to pay in Euros the prices are as follows for 2009
    1st March - 15th June 300eu per week 50eu per night
    16th June - 15th September 375eu per week 60eu per night

AIRPORTS / FLIGHTS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports

TRANSFERS, CAR HIRE AND TAXIS: TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

BEACHES:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and Cala Capitan, The beaches of La Zenia and Playa Flamenca and a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.
