This property is suitable for family's, parties of 4 or couples. It has a dining area suitable for 4 people, a fully fitted kitchen, a safe an alarm and A/C in the 3 bedrooms and lounge. It is only a 7 min walk to the nearest beach, but there are plenty more Blue Flag Beaches, which all offer water sports,with 3 major Golf courses nearby. Only 5 mins to countless bars and restaurants. Chinese, Italian Spanish, Irish, and the good old English! The local airport is Murcia, 15 mins away, or Alicante, which is around a 45 min drive. It is not really necessary for car hire if all you are looking for are bars and the beach and a good time. There's plenty of entertainment suitable for Adults and for children and toddlers, my children especially love 'The Calypso Bar', lots of fun each night. Bouncy castle at 'Lister's Bar', and and also JB's for the younger ones. But if you are looking for culture head out to Murcia or Orihuela, to see beautiful architecture and a different Spain.

Zenia Golf IV is a lovely private development of newly built (2004) houses and town houses built around two swimming pools, with children’s paddling section and attractive landscaped gardens which are for the exclusive use of residents. Our property is one of the larger/more spacious houses with full downstairs bathroom and upstairs en-suite. A 10 minute amble (500 metres) takes you to a pleasant cove like beach with soft sand, good bathing and a beach bar from April to October. Three championship golf courses are within easy reach being just a 10 minute drive away. Coastal walks and other beaches close by with a variety of shops, bars, restaurants

Further details for this holiday house rental in Cabo Roig, Spain

A deposit of £100 to be paid per week as soon as booking is made. Plus a deposit of £100 for damages to property or loss of keys etc. All other monies to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. Any unpaid money will result in loss of deposit. Damages or breakages must be paid for and will be deducted from deposit. Lost Keys also will be paid for, at a reasonable cost. Airport transfers can be arranged, and any other requests will also be considered. As this is also a residential urbanization, we feel the property is not suitable for groups of young men or women. Cleaning fee 0f 50 euros to be paid to key holder in Spain.

Please feel free to confirm arrival and departure times, if possible we will allow you to remain in the Villa on the day of departure and not throw you out at 10am!

Well what a great little villa, great location for the Cabo Roig strip and beach.
Everything you need a real home from home.
The aircon is welcoming in the hot summer days & nights!
We did not bother cooking it is so cheap to eat out lots of places to visit although we had a hire car the bus service is quite good.
5 mins walk to all the bars & restaurants.
but no noise in the villa from the strip.
many thanks to the owner jane for letting us use the villa. 10/10 !

we have just returned from 2 weeks in this villa, all we can say is it was a perfect holiday, everything we needed was here, it was clean and spacious, the air-con was lovely as it was so hot, my husband and three children really enjoyed it, and would not hesitate to go back if we can. there was also a lovely communal pool which we used every day as we returned from the beach, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the owner for letting us use their villa, thankyou!

What a find, this house far excelled our expectations, it is a lovely, bright and cheerful house. It was very clean and well maintained with plenty of utensils if you feeling like chilling for a night and dining on the terrace. Its perfectly located to Aquapolis and Karting to keep the children and teenagers entertained and only a short stroll to the nearest bars and restaurants. The 2 pools are very clean also and the area is uiet which would suit young and old alike.
