This very popular and delightful modern house is fully furnished and equipped for you to have a relaxing break,with air-conditioning/ heat and cable TV with English channels.It is perfect for families,couples,golfers and the elderly.In a gated community,the house is south facing so the sun is all year round with winter temperatures averaging 18 c,fantastic for holidays in all seasons,and when flights are not so expensive.Two beautiful white sandy beaches are only a 10 minute walk,or laze around the private gated swimming pool.A sun terrace off the first floor landing for undisturbed sunbathing.There is a Sea view off the sun terrace,and is only minutes away by foot to the promenade where you can access via steps to the rocks for snorkeling,swimming in the bath warm waters in secluded areas.The spacious house comfortably sleeps 6 & has a variety of amenities nearby,24hr English shops,banks, bars & restaurants,2 minutes away on foot.So,be quick,this is a very popular house and location

Cabo Roig, the most sought after area in Costa Blanca, situated approx 35 minutes from Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Murcia Airport with two sandy beaches and Marina. The delightful peninsula of old Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca with its broad tree lined avenues boast palm trees galore and landscaped gardens with stunning views of the Mediterranean, La Manga Peninsula and the Mar Menor provide a picturesque setting.Cabo Roig is surrounded by miles and miles of clean white beaches with water sports featuring strongly in the area.

You can walk the coastline of Cabo Roig on a pathway that passes the beaches, areas of rock and the secluded Marina. There are three 18 hole golf courses 10 minutes away as well as horse riding, scuba diving, tennis courts, walking trails and fine dining. Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking deposit - a £150 non refundable booking deposit per rental week is required to secure the booking, balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking along with the security deposit.
    Dates can be held tentatively for 5 days to allow deposit payment to be received.

    Security deposit - a £250 damage/lost keys deposit is required to be sent by cheque along with the final balance payment, this will be returned / refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property by our management at the end of the rental.
    Non UK residents must pay the damage/lost keys deposit on arrival to our management team.

    Cleaning charge- 50Euro/£40 Payable on arrival to our English management team.
  • Meet & Greet- On arrival at the house you will be greeted by our management team and keys provided. Guests must inform us of flight arrival and depart numbers and times so that we know what time to hand over and collect keys and/or arrange Airport transfers should this service be requested.

    Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged, please contact for rates as they very to the size or number of vehicles required.
    Average costs are £35 each way from Murcia Airport and £65 each way from Alicante

For rentals of 2 weeks or more a mid week bed linen and towel exchange is available on request. Small car hire can be arranged starting from approx 150 Euro per week, off season, more in peak season. Golf and other details: Golf Information:

This is a golfers paradise with sun all year round and temperatures still between 18 - 20 Degrees centigrade in winter. There are 3 Championship courses all within a 5 - 10 mile drive - Villa Martin, Campamour & Las Rambles. There are also 2 other courses within a 20 minute drive. Take your own clubs, or hire for a small local charge at the golf course, buggies are also available.

Please note: we do not book golf courses.

Visitors with baby's/young children

If you want to save excess baggage charges on your flight, why not hire equipment for your baby when you get to the apartment? We recommend Kidsease online nursery equipment hire and sales.

Other available propertys: We have friends who also have accommodation in Cabo Roig available for rent within a 1 minute walk away from our house, so if you there are a large number of you traveling then you can all be close to each other.

Highly Recommended Car Hire And Airport Transfers: Car hire in this area is not normally a necessity as all amenities are within walking distance. But should you wish to hire a car then we highly recommend,

fantastic house with everything you need for your stay !
we have stayed in the area a few times and it didnt disapoint.So very relaxing but next time we will hire a car as we want to see the beutifull areas that surround cabo roig too, it will be the first time in 4 years though.Excellent bars and restaurant within 5 mins walk.The south view patio terrace was excelent to enjoy eating outside and relaxing when we didnt want to go out and the pool was lovely and private with sun loungers to relax on. The house is at an excelent standard and we will be returning soon thanks for letting us stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
