This delightful house is fully furnished and equipped for you to have a relaxing break, complete with air-conditioning is perfect for families, couples, golfers and the elderly. The house is south facing so we have the sun all year round with winter temperatures averaging 18 degrees centigrade, fantastic for holidays in all seasons, and when flights are not so expensive, for example in Nov flights average around £60 each return. 2 beautiful white sandy beaches are only a ten minute walk, or laze around the private gated, Solar heated communal pool. The house has a sun terrace off the first floor landing for undisturbed sun bathing, There is a Sea view off the sun terrace, and is only minutes away by foot to the prom where you can access via steps to the rocks for snorkeling, swimming in the bath warm waters in secluded areas, wonderful. The spacious house comfortably sleeps 6 guests and has a variety of amenities nearby, 24hr English shops, banks bars & restaurants within east walk.

Cabo Roig, the most sought after area in Costa Blanca, situated approx 35 minutes from Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Murcia Airport with two sandy beaches and Marina. The delightful peninsula of old Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca with its broad tree lined avenues boast palm trees galore and landscaped gardens with stunning views of the Mediterranean, La Manga Peninsula and the Mar Menor provide a picturesque setting. Cabo Roig is surrounded by miles and miles of clean white beaches with water sports featuring strongly in the area. You can walk the coastline of Cabo Roig on a pathway that passes the beaches, areas of rock and the secluded Marina. There are three 18 hole golf courses 10 minutes away as well as horse riding, scuba diving, tennis courts, walking trails and fine dining. Cabo Roig is blessed with one of the most agreeable climates in Europe, daily coastal temperatures of 16 or 20 degrees in Spring and Autumn, one can swim comfortably in the sea well into November

  • Booking deposit - a £150 non refundable booking deposit per week is required to secure the booking, balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. If departure is within 6 weeks then full payment is required at the time of booking along with the security deposit - see below

    Security deposit - a £250 damage/lost keys deposit is required to be sent by cheque along with the final balance payment, or pre-authorized on a Credit or Debit Card ,this will be returned / refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property by our management at the end of the rental.

    Cleaning charge- £50
  • Meet & greet- on arrival at the house you will be greeted and keys provided. Guests must inform us of flight arrival and depart times so that we know what time to hand over and collect keys

Notes: The house has the following: Air-Con/Heating and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, fitted wardrobes. Front terrace with wind out canopy for shade. Sun terrace to first floor with sea views. Gated Communal solar heated pool ,private and grassed, sun lounges around and showers. Loungers on sun terrace, tables and chairs. Bed linen and towels for bathroom use only, please bring your own beach towels. Applicable is a £60 cleaning charge so that all is in good order prior to your arrival. For rentals of 2 weeks or more a mid week bed linen change is available on request at £30. Small car hire can be arranged starting from approx 150 euro per week.

Golf details: Golf Information: This is a golfers paradise with sun all year round and temperatures still between 18 - 20 Degrees centigrade in winter. There are 3 Championship courses all within a 5 - 10 mile drive - Villa Martin, Campamour & Las Rambles. There are also 2 other courses within a 20 minute drive. Take your own clubs, or hire for a small local charge at the golf course, buggies are also available. Please note: we do not book golf courses.

We have friends who also have accommodation in Cabo Roig available for rent within a 1 minute walk away from our house, so if you there are a large number of you traveling then you can all be close to each other.

Car hire in this area is not normally a necessity as all amenities are within walking distance. But should you require a day trip to some of the fantastic places in the area then this can be arranged with the meet and greet people who for a nominal charge will take you to the places of interest. Car hire can be arranged at 110 euro per week.

A lovely week

We went away with our daughter sil and two children 5 & 1 yrs old.

The property was very nice and clean in a very nice street.
We felt very safe as to get onto the street you needed to get through a locked gate so not just anyone could come in. Hovever the key did not always work which left us stranded a few time. I beleive this is to be sorted.
The only downside was the swimming pool was colder than the north sea and the baby could not go into it.

Would definitely recommend this property. Some fantastic restaurants on the strip for all prices. The beach (turn left at teh top gate and follw round and down) was lovely - ideal and not too crowded.

Would have no hesitation to go back
Owner's Response: Very pleased you enjoyed your stay. The issues regarding the locks and the pool, are unfortunate.
The lock to the suitable gate for our house did in fact have a problem, this was the first in 3 years that the gates where installed, a locksmith has since replaced it.
The pool also suffered a mechanical breakdown, again the first in 2 years, I myself was at the house the week before your stay and swam every day in warm water.
It is an isolated incident, and all is fixed now.
You are more than welcome back, as our managment poeple adivsed us you left the house spotless.
