This 3 bedroomed house in a gated complex, is situated in a popular tourist area. It is within walking distance to all amenities, shops, restaurants, bars and the local beach. The property has views over the pool and gardens from the balcony and solarium. There is ample parking for 2 cars. The property is south facing and has sun all day. The house has full use of and view of residential swimming pool. There is a secluded roof top solarium ideal for sun bathing. The house is tastefully furnished and in excellent condition throughout. Satellite TV and CD Stereo is provided as is fresh linen and towels(beach towels not provided). The master bedroom features an external balcony. Toilet facilities on both floors. There is private enclosed parking for 2 cars. Long term lettings at discount prices are available.

'Maryville', Sol Beach is an out-standing south facing house in a popular and enjoyable area - a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The local golf course is 5 mins by car. Murcia Airport is 20 min by car and Alicante Airport is 45 min drive by car. There are boat services from Alicante and Torreveija that include journeys to the islands of Palma Mallorca and Ibiza. Local Salt Lakes are spectacular especially with flamingos. Granada is not too far away for those who love to ski and see the mountains. Cabo Roig is renowned for its fine sandy beaches and its prestigious marina and it is perhaps the most exclusive resort along this stretch of the Costa Blanca coastline.The two main beaches of Cabo Roig ( Cala Caleta and Cala Capitan) are both extremely popular and are kept very clean and well maintained. The ever popular and developing Cabo Roig 'strip' boasts a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants with something to suit every taste.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £100 Stg is required to confirm all bookings. Final payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100 stg is also required on arrival this is to cover against any breakages or damage to property, this is fully refundable once the property has been checked prior to departure and is payable to the keyholder. A standard cleaning charge of €75 payable to keyholder on arrival which covers cleaning on departure and change of linen and towels. Welcome pack on arrival.

Golf: The Royal Campoamor Golf Course is an 18- hole par 72 course and is 5 mins away from other local courses Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. they are only a short 15 min drive away making this property and excellent choice for all year round golfing enthusiasts.

Beaches: The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. there are a number of beaches within walking distance. The Climate in the Torrevieja region is said by the WHO to be one of the healthiest in the world The combination of the salt lakes and surrounding mountains creates a unique microclimate good for sufferers of asthma, rheumatism and arthritis.

Cabo Roig: Cabo Roig is located on the N-332 coastal road between Torrevieja and Campoamor and is easily accessed from the A-37 motorway (Dehesa de Campoamor exit or La Zenia exit), it is handy for both Alicante (45 minutes) and Murcia (20 minutes) airports.

First time abroad for the children. Had a fantastic time. Your villa is lovely, you have catered for everything. Hope to be back soon. K,T and Girls.
We had a great holiday. The villa is well suited to young children (ages 3 and 4), with everything nearby. Loads of golf courses in the area too, but that will have to wait for a return trip. B.C and Family.
We had a great holiday, your villa was very nice. We would come back again in the future. We enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace at night, it was lovely to chill out. The boys loved the pool.Thanks very much for a great holiday. L.C and Family.
