Luxury House with 3 Bedrooms 2 1/2 Bathrooms & 500 mts from Beach

Situated within a stones throw of the nature reserve salt flats with its flamingos & migrant bird population is our house. Only 500 metres from the Arenal Beach, a short stroll into town, the port & the Levante beach makes our townhouse the perfect base for family holidays. This select, new, gated development of just 14 townhouses is set in landscaped gardens around a large communal swimming pool. Our townhouse has its own small private garden with views directly onto the pool with Penon views from the upper floor. We have wonderful neighbours & a friendly & helpful community. Caring families and mature couples will appreciate the house and its environment. Those who prefer loud music & loutish behavior, please book elsewhere.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Excellent long term winter rental rates. Our house is perfect for house hunters or those requiring a comfortable winter let with large integral garage, wood burning stove, English TV and sun trap terraces. Within walking distance of four supermarkets (one within 200 yards) a German bakery/coffee shop and a short level walk into town, the port and beaches. All bed linen and duvets supplied. Optional cleaning facilities if required. Please enquire regarding rates.
  • VERY ATTRACTIVE RENTAL RATES OFFERED FOR WINTER RENTALS LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS.
    A minimum of two week bookings are accepted during July & August.
    Bed Linen is supplied & changed weekly, however we do not supply personal towels.
  • We regret we do not accept bookings from single sex groups.
    Discounts for periods of more than 2 weeks are offered during the winter months ie November to March

There are steps up to the house and the house is on two floors, so unfortunately it would be unsuitable for wheelchairs. TV Installation: We have now increased the size of the satellite dish to enable the reception of the normal UK tv channels, BBC1, ITV 1, ITV 2, ITV 3, channel 4, and channel 5, in addition to this we can receive all free to air sky transmissions. If you have a sky card at home you can use it in our set top box to receive most of the sky family package programmes.

Accommodation Ground Floor

The spacious accommodation is arranged as follows: Entrance is through a security front door via steps or through the integral garage to living area consisting of: Entrance hall with door to fully tiled cloakroom with WC bidet & lavatory basin. Fully fitted luxury kitchen with granite worktops, electric cooker & hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Off the kitchen is a large utility terrace with drying lines. The lounge/diner has a fireplace with wood burning stove. Seating & dining for six people. Patio doors (with security gates) lead to a semi covered terrace overlooking the private garden & communal swimming pool. There is parking for one car in the secure integral garage. There is also ample parking just outside the entrance gates to Residencial Flamingo. A tiled open staircase with pine balustrading leads from the living area to the upper floor.

Accommodation First Floor

Here there are three double bedrooms & two full size bathrooms one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private sun terrace overlooking the pool area and with views of the Penon & partial views of the salt flats & the sea. The other two double bedrooms are furnished with twin beds. Every bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps. The house was built in 2001 (first occupied in June 2002) and has been built to the highest specifications using only first class equipment, materials and ceramics. All the windows are double glazed with external security roller blinds. We have furnished the house with care & attention to make it not only comfortable but stylish as well. Bird watchers should bring their binoculars. The flamingos (this year almost 200) can be seen from the top terrace.

Calpe

The spectacular Rock of Ifach (Penon), now a nature reserve, soars 332m high and dramatically divides Calpe's two beaches and bustling fishing port and marina. Well preserved Roman and Moorish remains are evidence of Calpe's colourful history. The Old Town with its narrow streets, bars and restaurants is also home to numerous museums. Water-sports, tennis, golf, horse-riding, walking and climbing are all at hand, although then again, you could just swim lazily and sunbathe on the beach or around the pool......... The house is ideally situated for all year living. There are four supermarkets within walking distance (one on the doorstep) A German bakery/cafe 400 yards away and the main town is a short level walk. The roads with pavements are well lit so walking at night is not a problem. Residential Flamingo is beautifully maintained with a clean swimming pool and well tended gardens. It is safe and secure with helpful and friendly neighbours.
