Pueblo Andaluz is a beautiful three bedroom villa set in a peaceful location. It is well equipped, including air conditioning for the hot summer months. There is a three and two seater cream leather sofas for your comfort. The dining area seats six and there is a portable high chair available. Not only is there air conditioning available. Pueblo Andaluz is only 50 minutes from both Alicante and Valencia Airport's and 10 minutes from Denia town centre with its beautiful Marina, many bars and superb restaurants. Locally there is a beautiful beach with beach bars and restaurants nearby. There are three superb golf courses within 10 minutes and for the more adventurous there are some of the worlds best theme parks including Terra Mitica, Seaworld and Aqualandia just a short drive away.

Notes to the rental rates

• Bookings covering two pricing periods will be charged pro-rata. A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is required at confirmation of booking. The balance together with a damage/breakages deposit of £100 (taken in cheque form and only cashed if required) is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  Midweek change of linen and cleaning is available upon request for a small additional charge.
  Payment can be made in Euros or GBP Pounds Sterling.

Restaurants and Cafe's

Locally there are numerous excellent local restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the house offering typically Spanish, German and Italian cuisine. There are also beautiful bars on the beach with a relaxed ambiance where you can sit, relax and enjoy a well earned drink while watching the sun go down. Alternatively Denia is a beautiful historic town with lots to offer. There is an abundance of restaurants and bars to chose from and a night market open (seasonal) where you can buy hand made local crafts and jewelery. To treat the children there are lots of ice cream parlours or just stroll around the Marina and enjoy the atmosphere. Denia centre is only 10 minutes away by taxi or bus.

Exploring

There is lots to see and do in the Marina Alta area, explore the 'old' Spain and drive inland through the orange and almond groves to the beautiful towns of Jalon and Orba. They offer cafe's, restaurants, weekly markets and old cobbled streets. The famous historic town of Guadelest is a must and don't forget your camera. With so much to offer in this area just pick up a map and enjoy! Fun for the whole family can be found at the many theme parks offered near Benidorm, approximately 30 minutes drive away. Terra Mitica has lots of rides and attractions to suit all and boasts some of the largest rides in Europe. The ever popular Aqualandia, a water park and Mundomar animal theme park with sea lion and dolphin shows are fun for all the family. Local to Pueblo Andaluz there is El Vergel safari park or take in the marine life in glass bottom boat.
