This beautiful roomy air-conditioned villa is situated on the prestigious Monte Pego Urbanisation, set on an elevated sight the villa has the advantage of 180º of stunning views to the sea, mountains, orange groves & the famous Pego Rice fields. The area opposite is a protected environment & great place for long walks, fishing, cycling or horse riding. Beautiful sandy beaches which consistently win the European Blue Flag award are 10min drive from the villa, but if you don't want to travel then take a dip in your private 8x4 pool on the sunny terrace which has a built in BBQ with covered pool house ( toilet and shower). It's a perfect place for al fresco dinning where you can watch the spectacular sunsets. Built on 2 levels the villa has; 1 double & 1 twin b/room, large living/dinning room, kitchen, bathroom & separate toilet above & below has; 1 double b/room ,1 single b/room ,living room with kitchen area & shower room. The villa has the added luxury of a goods elevator.

Bars, restaurants, cafes, bank & shop are on the urbanisation and just a few minutes away with more extensive facilities is the historic town of Pego, its worth a walk through the narrow streets. Opened in 2008 is an large indoor shopping mal (Zara ,C&A etc.) just off the 332 at Ondara 10 mins from the Monte pego . Denia is also close and offers a great selection of shops, fresh fruit/veg market on Fridays, having its own fishing fleet Denia is renowned for fine seafood sold in the covered market or eaten in the numerous restaurants. Javea (25min) is also a very nice coastal town with 2 lovely bays ideal for families and al fresco dinning. Drive internally through the spectacular mountains and down through the Jalon valley. If golf is your game there are several good courses nearby.Visit some of the vineyards and sample Spanish wine, the genuine Spain is just on your doorstep waiting to be enjoyed.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 30% deposit upon reservation, balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday. All payments by normal bank transfer. Refundable 250 € damage deposit required (payable on arrival and returned on departure following inspection of property by owners). Welcome package and change of bedding and towels for two weeks and over are included. End of rental cleaning is 75 € and payable to the owners on arrival .Changeover day is normally Saturday but flexible for rentals of two weeks and over.
  • REFUNDS: Client Cancellation
    For whatever reason a cancellation is made by the client the following percentage of the rental value will be made, 45+ days notice in advance Holding Deposit retained , 25-45 days notice in advance 50% Refunded , 0-25 days notice in advance No Refund .
  • Please note: The swimming pool is unfenced, all children under the age of 16 must at all times be supervised by an adult.

Naya: Air-conditioning is hot/cold. The upper floor (off the living room) has a 'naya' which in Spanish means balcony. The naya has the advantage of being closed-in rather like a conservatory, and is a lovely place to sit and admire the views

The villa has recently been redecorated inside and out.

Garden: The garden area is approx 1,400sq m and has a private pool area, great for sunbathing.
