Notes to the rental rates

• £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance due 4 weeks prior to departure. Rental can be paid in Euros by negotiating rates applicable at the time. There will be a 50% refund of the total on any cancellation within the 4 weeks but before 2 weeks. Within 2 weeks of due arrival there will be no refund. A refundable security deposit of £100 is required to cover any damages and/or for any additional cleaning necessary to restore the condition of the Townhouse.

La Sella is within easy reach of the beautiful sandy beaches at Denia, Javea and Moraira. Golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, wind surfing, cycling, tennis, jet skiing, go-karting and horse riding are all available in this area. The area is close to the picturesque Jalon Valley. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar and The Aqualandia Water Park are all within half an hours drive.

Denia / La Sella Development Area

Denia is a lively old historic town with a castle, port, fish market and multitude of shops, cafes and restaurants. Sandy beaches are only a short drive from the complex in Denia and the complex itself has a shop, restaurant, bar, pharmacy, equestrian facilities and tennis courts as well as easy access to the wonderful La Sella Golf course and Marriot Hotel. Also just outside the complex is and English run supermarket which is always open and very handy.

All year round interest

For non golfers La Sella offers all weather tennis, horse riding and an amazing variety of crystal clear pools suitable for all the family or just sit in the residents bisto and watch! Just a 10 minute drive to Denia with long sandy beaches and safe swimming. Take the daily ferry to Ibiza to dance the night away, stroll along the harbour wall, shop in the small boutiques or just sit outside a bar under the leafy trees in the Campo de Marques to take some tapas. Visit the bodegas in Jalon, sample the local vino free of charge and visit the flea market to haggle for a bargain. Follow the mountain road to Pinos, enjoy the stunning views from a hilltop restaurant.

Golf Information:

The villa is part of the La Sella golf & tennis complex. La Sella boasts an 18 hole Olazabal designed championship course which will challenge golfers of all abilities. A round will cost approximately 50 euros. Tee off times can be booked on 0034 96 645 4252. There are other top quality courses within an hour's drive including Javea, Oliva Nova, Calpe Ifac and the Bon Alba golf complex.
