very poor accommodation

This property does not have photos of the inside for very good reason. The property is of a very poor standard: the kitchen/cooker is very old and difficult to cook in; the shower does not work properly; there is old,dirty and broken outside furniture; old and stained towels; leaking air con units; broken window shutters; no satellite/cable tv etc.

I have complained to the owner who does not return calls and gives out email addresses which bounce back.
