Luxury holiday home by sandy cove
This holiday house is situated in Venta La Nuza, across the road from a quite beach and the Mediterranean sea, there is a private paved garden with patio area complete with patio furniture/ sun beds, the small complex has its own communal pool, the two bedroomed house has hot/cold air conditioning, lounge/diner with settee, two arm chairs, coffee table, TV with English satellite, DVD player, radio/CD player, dinning table and chairs to seat four people, the kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge freezer, all cutlery etc, a down stairs toilet, wash basin, a utility room with washing machine. Bedroom one has double bed, double wardrobe, bedside tables, balcony with sea views, second bedroom has two single beds and a large double wardrobe, bedside table, all linen is provided except beach towels, the bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet, wash hand basin, with shaver socket above.

Venta Lanuza is by a quiet cove and lovely sandy beach situated approx.18km north of Alicante between El Campello and villa Joyosa, there is a bus service to El Campello and a single line train service which runs along the coast from El Campello to Denia stopping at Benidorm and other resorts both of these are two mins from the complex, so a car is not really needed to enjoy your holiday. This is a quiet area, there are two restraurants within a few minutes walk one Spanish, the other one English over looking the sea, Benidorm is approx 7 klm, El Campello has plenty of shops and restaurants with a weekly market, there is also a large market at villa Joyosa. Alicante is easily reached via the tram. El Campello and villa Joyosa have lovely beaches and proms to stroll along. The Bonalba golf course is approx 20 mins by car, there are also golf courses at San Juan and Alicante. Theme parks Terra Mitica, aqua land, and Mundomal can be reached via the train.

You will be met and greeted by the owner/ caretaker who will show you around the property and the facilities and answer any questions you may have no matter what time of the day or night you arrive. We can also offer transfers to and from the airport if you require, this will be at an extra cost and payable to the driver direct in euros. we will accept mid week bookings

A non-refundable deposit of one hundred pounds is required at the time of booking with the balence due six weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Any bookings made within six weeks of the start date then payment in full is required at the time of booking, bookings are normally from saturday to saturday but special arrangments may be made upon request. A key/security deposit of fifty pounds will be required at the time of booking which will be refunded subject to their safe return.

A pleasant and well equipped little house in a quiet street.
Its location is not as ideal as you might think - the cove is not across the road but its across the road, through a building site and you are there.
We thought it was a pleasant cove but somewhat scruffy.
Venta la Nuza has NO shops which amazed us - not even a small local mini market.
On the plus side, the railway station is a 5 minute stroll with regular local trains. Campello is about 10 Km and has a fair range of shops and other facilities and Alicante is 40 minutes in one direction with Benidorm about 30 minutes the other way

yes the little cove was scruffy the first day of your holiday this was due to heavy rain and high winds pushing seaweed onto the beach, this was cleared within a day, there are two small shops at venta la nuza, one selling fresh bread daily just 2 min walk, another a small mini market a short walk up the hill , im sorry if you didnt enjoy your holiday brian, of over 150 letting in the last 3years you are the only person to give a negative responce, so perhaps your exspectations are to high for self catering holidays and in future you should go to a hotel
