This holiday house and another 2 next door are all situated in Venta Lanuza overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. They are situated just across the road from a secluded sandy cove. There is a private patio area complete with patio furniture and is very safe and secure for children. The house has hot/cold air conditioning, lounge/diner with sofa bed settee, coffee table, English TV, radio/CD player, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, toaster, kettle, juicer, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a downstairs toilet with wash basin and a utility room with washing machine. The master bedroom one has double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath, shower, toilet and wash-hand basin, with shaver socket. All towels and linen are provided apart from beach towels. There is also a communal pool within the small complex. These 3 houses right next door to each other, make it perfect for large families or parties to rent.

The main bedroom has double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Towels and linen are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a fully fitted bathroom upstairs. Outside is a private paved patio area complete with an awning and patio furniture.The small complex has its own communal pool.

Notes to the rental rates

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If booking is made within 6 weeks, then full payment is required. Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday except by special arrangement.
  A key/security deposit of £100 will also be required at the time of booking to cover any accidental damage/breakages. This security deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to there being no damange to or excess cleaning of the property.
  Payments to be made by cheque.
  Special rates available for long off-peak and winter lets.
