The complex is situated 50 metres from the sea front, 200 metres from the local supermarket and just 150 metres from Arunel (sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and boutiques). The historic old port of Javea is within walking distance or just a few minutes drive by car. Large sofa, lovely dining table and chairs, sun loungers. Terrace leading off Lounge with table and seating for 6 people. Paved Garden Area. Indoor full size table tennis table. Master Bedroom with terrace. Fully fitted Kitchen with granite work tops, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave. Satellite TV, DVD and CD. Weekly linen change and grocery pack on arrival.
