This pretty, conveniently located, non-smoking, two floor holiday home is set within a secret-garden style community behind large wooden security doors. The lawns, flower beds and trees of the gardens, the 2 swimming pools are shared with the few other houses within the secure complex. The house has it's own private paved garden for sunbathing, games and BBQ and a small balcony off the main bedroom, overlooking the pools and garden. Lazy days is ideal for babies and toddlers as the kitchen has a fresh filtered drinking water tap. Step outside 'Residential Arena' and you are surrounded by shops, bars, cafes and restaurants of Arena Park and the lovely sandy Arenal beach and facilities. We have British TV including BBC, ITV and Sky Sport'!! As a bonus feature we have a Microsoft Xbox system and 10 games to try. In fact, all you need for a perfect holiday is on your doorstep. No driving for the whole of your holiday unless you want to. We can even arrange an airport pickup for you

Lazydays is within a few minutes walk of the lovely safe sandy beach of Javea with the beach promenade, the nightly craft market and a small funfair. Residential Arenal is considered the nicest and most conveniently located complex on the Arenal. This area has everything you could need for a perfect relaxing family holiday especially for the driver in the family because you can walk everywhere. There is no need to rent a car, we can even arrange a taxi from the airport. The variety of sandy beaches and rocky coves for swimming and sea sports, as well as a restaurant for every day of the year means there is always something to do and somewhere to go. Javea is also within easy reach of many other holiday attractions such as theme parks, water parks, sea-world, science museums, safari parks and golf courses. Javea is particularly great for families with small children as the walk to the beach is level and easy. Sunshades and sun beds can be hired on the beach for a relaxing day.

Notes to the rental rates

  • There is an early bird discount available for booking in 2007 and also a discount for our regular visitors who come back for another wonderful holiday. Sorry there are no discounts during British school summer holidays.
    Terms - 50% payable on booking and the remainder payable 6 weeks before arrival. In addition a returnable surety deposit of £200 is payable to cover losses and breakages etc. This will be returned in full at the end of the holiday subject to a final check. Normal use of the air-conditioning is included, the meters will be read and if there is an excessive use of electricity it will be charged as an extra. So far everyone has been sensible and we have not had to charge anyone extra. Sorry no single sex parties allowed.
  • For a long winter let the rates are fully negotiable and gas, water, electricity and telephone is paid for separately. there is warm air heating in both bedrooms and in the reception room. there is also a central electric convector flame effect heater in the fireplace.
  • The villa is a non-smoking villa and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. If you do smoke or allow your guests to smoke in the villa you will be charged extra to totally cleanse the premises of all traces of smoke.

  • The main bedroom has a large double bed which everyone says is exceptionally comfortable. The bedroom has shuttered double french doors out to a private balcony over-looking the gardens and pools. Sitting at the table with your evening drink you can sit and watch the sunsets over the beautiful Mt Montgo. This bedroom is fitted with a wall fan and air-conditioning. The second bedroom has twin beds with a shuttered window overlooking the gardens and pools. There is room in here for either a wooden cot, a travel cot or a put-u-up bed for a third child. This bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning. Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector/alarms are fitted for your peace of mind and safety. The bed linen is changed weekly.

The large air-conditioned double reception area has a sitting area with cable TV that includes BBC1, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky One, Sky Movies, Sky Sport 1 & 2, Euro sport, BBC Prime etc. there is a Microsoft X-box set-up with games. In the dining area there is a table and 6 chairs for indoor dining. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a large comfortable bed. Next door there is a twin bedded room. A large full bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation. Downstairs there is a cloakroom. Through the arch of the reception room one can see the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen with large new fridge/freezer, an electric oven and gas hob, has a fresh filtered drinking water tap so there is no need to buy bottled water. The outside utility area has washing machine and ironing board. In the paved area is a garden shed with lilos and beach toys. The garden has an instant gas BBQ, sun beds, table and chairs and washing line. You have your own allocated covered parking within the gates.

What's inside Lazy days.

This spacious house has 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, and we do have a single put-u-up that will go in the twin-bedded room if 3 children all want to sleep together. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a downstairs cloakroom. Baby Facilities. We have a proper wooden drop-sided cot with sprung mattress and a travel cot. The other baby facilities which are all kept in the house and available free of charge for your use for a stress-free holiday are highchair, stroller, baby-bath, liquidizer, sterilizer and baby monitor and toys. British TV is supplied to keep up to date with the news, soaps and sport. There is a phone for local calls ONLY to book restaurants or to allow your friends and family TO CALL YOU on a land line so saving the expense of a mobile call. the phone line can also be used to get on line if you bring your own laptop with modem. otherwise there are very good internet cafes nearby. Lazy days has full air conditioning or warm air heating in the winter.

The wonderful pools and gardens outside your door.

The lovely landscaped pools are so convenient just outside ones own garden gate. No lifts, stairs or corridors to worry about. The gardens are great to lie out and sunbathe and one does not have to carry the sunbeds up and down stairs. It is all on one's doorstep and therefore making your holiday time relaxing, convenient and easy. Then when the sun goes down one can pop out and walk round the corner to a choice of value restaurants or stroll along the arenal beach where the arts and crafts stalls display there wares. Javea park is where all the action is. Drinking is fine because there is no driving! In one's own garden there is plenty of dining space to eat the meals cooked on the easy to use gas BBQ. also in the garden, there is now a newly installed sand-pit and bucket and spade for the little ones to play safely and quietly under supervision.

Out and about in Javea

The charming town of Javea/Xabia lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the Costa Blanca. The beaches are washed by the Mediterranean Sea, and sheltered from the continental winds by Montgo, it is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coast. Javea has a fascinating historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth of streets and diminutive plazas. Search the narrow streets to find cafes, bars and restaurants or go down to the port and buy fish direct from the boats to come back and BBQ.
