Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% Deposit is required to secure your Holiday Reservation with the Balance remaining plus an additional £100 refundable Security Deposit (for breakages) payable in full 6 weeks before your Holiday Start Date. Air Conditioning is now installed throughout this Property and its use is offered as an Optional Extra at 60.00 GBP per week. If this facility is required the additional amount should be added to the Balance Payment when due.
  
• Car Hire can be arranged for collection at the Airport if required. Full details and Price List available on request or an Airport Transfer Collection Service if preferred.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches. Javea itself is split into three main areas. The 'Arenal' offers beautiful Sandy Beaches, a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants with a small Fair for children in the Summer Months with rides, trampolining and go-karts. The 'Port' is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate Cobbled Streets, a brightly lit Promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean Pebbled Beaches. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby Towns include Moraira with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa and Teulada.
