Casa Amaranda is our lovely Spanish villa carefully furnished in traditional Casatillan style. There is a 11 x 5 private pool and it is located in a quiet lane ina peaceful up-market residential area. It is fitted and maintained to a very high standard for a rental property. The master bedroom is very large and one bathroom has an extra shower unit.

Javea is probably the most attractive and unspoiled resort of the Costa Blanca. The villa is located 5km out of town in a pretty and hilly area close to a spectacular cliffed coastline where there are rocky bays and pretty bathing beaches. The closest beach is about 1.5km and there are some excellent local restaurants within walking distance and a couple of small supermarkets. A very short drive inland the country is unspoiled and spectacularly scenic. Craggy mountains and green valleys are dotted with traditional villages and the region is well worth exploring.

The 11m x 5m pool is cleaned checked twice weekly high season and there are loungers, tables and chairs. Adjacent is an outside dining area plus covered barbecue/kitchen area. There is private parking for several cars. The well equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area with stone arch into the large sitting room. There is a fireplace and central heating if necessary should it be cold in the winter! The roof terrace is great for early evening drinks or dining. The 4th bedroom has fold-away beds and can be used as an extra sunny lounge.

Golf Information:

The local course is the Javea golf club about 5km away. It is only 9 holes, but extending to 18, is of a good standard and only appx £18 a round. La Sella is an excellent Marriott course about 20 minutes drive away under the landmark 15 minutes away is the Seve Ballesteros Olivia course whilst the links at El Saler are near Valencia.
