Spanish built villa with a sea view
Superb villa at the end of a quite cul-de-sac,in its own grounds, with swimming pool and barbecue and is fully central heated for use in the winter months. Both shower rooms are en-suite. Situated approximately 5 minutes (by car) from the sea and 2 km from a beautiful sandy beach. With supermarket, restaurant, bar, tennis courts and other facilities 10 minutes walk away. There is also a bus route available covering routes to the beach area, port, shops and javea village. 3 excellent golf courses (2 x 18hole 1 x 9 hole)2 within 25mins drive, Oliva Nova Golf, 40 minutes drive.
