In the lovely area of Montgo, Javea, Casa Melanie is beautifully appointed, near restaurants and is within 10 min drive of the sea. With an enclosed private garden and swimming pool it is ideal for family holidays. The house has 4 bedrooms - 2 with a single bed and 2 double bedded rooms. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room. 2 of the single bedded rooms share a shower room, there is a further separate bathroom. The kitchen is large with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside the kitchen by the pool is a BBQ area. The garden has lots of parking space, terraces with tables, chairs and sunbeds.

Javea and the surrounding area is noted for its greenness. There is a wealth of vineyards plus orange, lemon and olive groves dominated by the majestic Montgó mountain and edged by the warm Mediterranean sea with its safe, sandy beaches and small rocky coves. Javea itself is a thriving cosmopolitan town with its own fishing port, yacht marina and there is a ferry service from nearby Denia to Ibiza just 2.5 hours away.
