Casa Teresa is a typical Spanish ”chalet adosado”, the corner attached house in one group of 3 in one huge communal garden with one enormously big swimming pool ( with 3 different levels for all ages ). But for you who like to sunbathe privately, the “chalet” has it’s own green garden in front and one spacious terrace next to the main bedroom. The complex is one of most prestigious in Javea, situated on the other side of the coast Avenue. It has, apart from the pool, a fitness center, a paddel court ( a small tennis court ), gardens and fountains for your enjoyment and pleasure. Casa Teresa is a 2 minutes walk to the rock beach Cala Blanca and 9 minutes walk to Arenal sand beach, where it is a point for restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques, disco, and of course, supermarkets. You can “forget” your car safely in the garage under the complex building. The chalet is fully equipped with air-conditioned (both hot and cold) to support cosy winters and refreshed 40°C Spanish summers.

Javea is located midway between Valencia and Alicante, about 90km to each town. Javea was formerly a fishing village has not lost it's charm, but added all the services of a modern coastal resort.Valencia airport. Javea is an excellent holiday resort because of it´s healthy climate and more then 320 sunny days per year. It is an ideal place for sports, relaxation, cultural performances, sunbathing and enjoyment for all ages and tastes.

Downstairs: two double bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) sharing one bathroom (bath with shower). All singles can be put together to make doubles. Closed garage under the urbanisation. Javea: Every year, Jávea´s beaches are awarded the blue flag of the European Union. The bustling 'Arenal' beach offers fine sand and shallow waters, nice play areas for children, restaurants, cafés and ample parking facilities. Jávea has many restaurants where one can try international cuisine as well as local dishes. The town has a rich culinary tradition which has been entirely preserved and which can be sampled, in the form of 'Tapas', in most bars of the town. Javea has conserved all the charm of traditional seafaring communities and has added all the services of a modern resort. Thursday morning is market day. Fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses etc., clothes, gifts, leader goods and many other items are sold at very reasonable prices. Fiesta of the “Virgen de Loreto”, patron of the Port of Javea, from 23rd August to the 8th of September. Celebrations include bull-running on the jetty, processions with floats, streets processions, live music and the famous firework display.

Outings: Within only 25 minutes drive there are three theme parks : Terra Mitica (like Disneyworld), Aqualandia (superslides) and Mundomar (animal park, dolphins, seals etc.).
