Beautiful two bedroom semi detached house set over 2 floors and overlooking the lovely communal pool and gardens. The property is fully furnished and has two bedrooms (one double and one single) a full bathroom suite inc shower, plus separate G/Floor extra guest WC. There is comfortable seating in the lounge plus an additional sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate dining room with sliding doors opening onto terrace with views over communal gardens and pool. There are 2 additional terraces plus a huge sunbathing solarium with sea views. The property has hold/cold air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is a CD hi-fi / DVD player as well as TV with European satellite receiving English and Scandinavian channels.

The house is located in La Florida which is a popular established development on the coast with lovely green communal gardens and trees. The house is positioned next to the local supermarket and just a short stroll to the various restaurants cafes and bars. Several blue flag beaches are only a few minutes drive away plus the lively 'Spanish' Torrevieja town is only 3 kilometres (see further details below) For Golf fans there are three great golf courses including Villamartin within a 10 min drive.

Torrevieja : Torrevieja is just a short drive away where you can enjoy shopping, a large street market, evening street stalls, a marina, yacht club plus many cafes, bars and restaurants. There are clubs and disco's including Pacha and El divino. For the children there is a Tivoli (fun fair) Aqua Park (open summer times) go karting. Torrevieja has miles of beautiful beaches on which many water sports can be found. There are also churches and museums and beautiful public parks in Torrevieja.

Golf Information: The Costa Blanca is famous for it's many golf courses, staying at La Florida is an ideal location as it is surrounded by 3 of them, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. La Manga and La Finca course are only approximately 30/40 minutes drive away. All have excellent facilities including buggy and club hire and superb club houses.
