The urbanization of La Florida is situated just 2 miles south of Torrevieja town centre. The area is well know for its 'blue flag' beaches, nearest beach is only mins by car. Our house has a large front garden and veranda with garden table and chairs, ideal for that evening barbecue, there is ample parking on drive/road. We have a good size lounge with dining area, well equipped kitchen and the Master bedroom has a large sun terrace, along with a large solarium on the top floor for you to soak up the sun. Our lovely and well maintained large communal pool is situated in front of the house and very child friendly, it also has an electronic system for safety purposes, along with tennis courts. Literally walking distance there are shops, bars and restaurants of the Al Andalus IIcentre, there are also many other restaurants and bars at nearby Playa Flamenca and an open air market every Saturday, where you can by fresh fruit/veg, leather goods, clothes and gifts etc. There is also golf near

The town of Torrevieja is a 10min drive, originally a fishing town, but now one of the fastest growing cosmopolitan towns in the Costa Blanca it has a beautiful promenade and marina with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and an evening market, there is also a great aquatic park and fairground which is ideal for families. The area has 'blue flag' beaches along its coastline and we have the benefits of having a choice of them. We have easy access from 2 airports Alicante & Murcia

All rooms have ceiling fans and there is also a portable fan. There is also a gas fire heater for thoses evenings in the winter months along with duvets.

Golf: For the golfers there are 4 golf courses within driving distance, i.e. VillaMartin, Las Rumblas, Campoamor and La Finca.
