Casa Maria is a beautifully furnished villa situated in a quiet complex overlooking the communal pool, but within easy walk of the beach, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bus and taxi services. Three golf courses are within ten mins drive and a further seven within thirty mins drive, this villa is equiped with four single beds ideal for a party of four golfers. Transport is available for those not wishing to drive, also assistance for booking tee times is available at discounted prices. This air con villa has every amenity including sat. T:V and video a large open plan lounge diner (with fully sprung bed settee) with well appointed American kitchen including oven/hob, toaster, micro-wave, fridge freezer, kettle washing machine iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms overlook the communal pool one of which has doors onto a balcony with seating to catch those late afternoon rays. The owners live locally and are on hand to help if needed. Airport transfersalso arranged.

The charming resort of La Zenia lies within 40 minutes drive south of Alicante airport, and is approximately 20 minutes east of Murcia airport, and just a few minutes drive south from the resort of Torrevieja. The area is one of the most popular resorts for native Spanish people and as such is unspoiled by major tour operators. The large sandy beach of La Zenia is only ten minutes walk, with bars, restaurant and cafe. A supermarket, shops, banks, bars and various restaurants are only five minutes walk from the villa. The three championship golf courses of Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campoamor are a handy five mins drive and the famous La Manga golf resort is only 25mins drive south. The well known Villa Martin Plaza with over thirty bars and restaurants - the 'in place' whether you want a snack an a` La Carte meal, or just a drink - is just a five min drive or taxi away. At the Orihuela Costa resort, 5 mins away is a large pool, cafe -bar, sunbeds and children's pool.

    The owners live about 10 mins away and can be on hand quickly if you need any assistance. They can even pick you up from the airport in their 7 seater although there is a charge for this.
