Entry to this lovely 3 level terraced townhouse is via a private terrace and into the lounge and dining room where there is comfortable leather seating, dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary to enjoy cooking and dining during your stay. The master bedroom with private balcony is on the middle level as is the twin bedroom and family bathroom. The double bedroom with shower en suite and private balcony is on the top level. There is a utility area to the rear and off the kitchen which accommodates a third shower shower room. For your comfort air conditioning is fitted throughout with exception of the twin bedroom which has ceiling fan and for your entertainment a British digital tv system is installed. Table, chairs and sun beds are available for relaxing and dining outdoors and the residents communal pool, great place for meeting others, is a only a short walk away. Several supermarket, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many entertainers working along the coastal resorts with its wide range of pubs and restaurants to meet all tastes. There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela coast and all have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. Within walking distance is the fantastic beach at La Zenia with beach bar and coastal walk. La Zenia itself boasts supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and is very central to all the amenities on the Orihuela Costa and you are just a short distance from the vibrant Cabo Roig, the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre and the Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive away and every evening during the low and high seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls along the front.

  • LONG TERM RENAL:
    AVAILABLE NOW FOR RENT FROM NOW TILL MAY 2010 ON A LONG TERM BASIS. RENTAL RATE IS 500 EUROS PER MONTH INCLUSIVE OF BILLS. PLEASE ENQUIRE FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros. Confirmation of booking, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either direct to your home address or via email.
    A refundable security bond of 120 euros in cash is payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the property has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure there will be an additional local fee of
    60 euros to pay on your arrival
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    The local large supermarkets generally open till 9.15pm and there is a small well equipped 24 hr supermarket, however should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food pack on request.

Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are walking distance to the beautiful beach of La Zenia with its good facilities. A little further is Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Cala Capitan and Levante. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guadamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and full comprehensive insurance. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay.

Golf: Just a short drive from the apartment are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future.
