This lovely villa set on 2 floors is accessed via a beautifully tiled sun terrace with specimen plants and into the lounge with dining area where there are 2 very comfortable settees and dining table with 4 place settings. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer and microwave and a further utility area leading off housing the washing machine with drying area. A double and twin bedroom are on this floor with fitted wardrobes and plenty drawer space and there is a family bathroom with full bath and over shower. A short flight of stairs leads to a double bedroom with television, private balcony and shower room ensuite. There is a British TV digital system and music centre installed for your entertainment. There is air conditioning throughout as well as remote controlled ceiling fans. Tables, chairs and sunloungers are available for you to relax and dine al fresco. The great resident’s private pool, set in grassed gardens is only several metres away.

La Zenia is central to and within walking distance of all local amenities including 3 large supermarkets, shops, restaurants,bars and the local Saturday street market There are numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa all having been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality and the beautiful beach of La Zenia is within 10 mns walking distance. Cabo Roig which provides a vibrant nightlife with its many shops, bars and restaurants providing family entertainment is a short distance away, as is the beautiful Villamartin Plaza. The main town of Torrevieja is a 15mns drive away and every evening you will find small market stalls along the front. A short drive takes you to the 3 superb golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex. Costa Blanca is fast becoming a great place to come for family entertainment and to play golf with over twenty five courses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Booking Deposit:
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a non returnable deposit of 20% of the total rental cost and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent direct to your home address.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros in cash is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
    To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 60 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
    Payments can be made by cheque or directly through the bank transfer system in either sterling or euros.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a small essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please enquire.

Beaches:: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are 10 minutes walking distance to the fabulous beach of La Zenia. The beaches of Levante, Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor are a little further. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guadamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost and transport to other locations can also be arranged during your holiday

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Minimum age is 25 years. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of insurance and airport transfers. Please enquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service during you stay.

Golf: Just a short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be ¨one of the most challenging in Spain¨ and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. Superb villa!

My family and I rented this villa in June and it was a superb villa to base ourselves. Clean, fresh, comfortable, and in a good location close (5 minute walk) to Paddy's Point, the Consum supermarket and just 2 minutes drive to the main AP7 motorway. The kids loved the pool round the back and the roof-top, front and side terrace got the sun all day (if thats your thing). Beach is about a 5 minute drive away or probably about 15 on foot. Will absolutely rent this one again next time we are in La Zenia.
