Within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants & beaches, this superb, semi-detached townhouse is positioned in a secure exclusive urbanisation Amapolas IV in La Zenia. No 71, has 3 bedrooms all with double wardrobes - the large 2nd floor bedroom having air-conditioning, ensuite shower room, double bed, cot & private terrace - with 2 sunbeds, table & 4 chairs. The 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor have 2 single beds in each - 1 having air-conditioning the other having an electric fan. The main bathroom, on the 1st floor includes double basins & bath & shower. There is a further toilet/ shower room on the main level. There is a well equipped, separate kitchen including fridge/freezer, hob/oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, ironing board & iron. The lounge/ dining room has satellite TV, DVD player, CD player & air-conditioning. There is a front main level terrace with a beautiful stone table & bench set. The urbanisation has a communal pool which is seconds away.

Situated in popular La Zenia, about 5 km South of Torrevieja. The urbanisation is about 10 minutes walk to La Zenia beach and the other nearby beaches of Cabo Roig & Playa Flamenca. There is a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also within walking distance there is a great variety of bars & restaurants offering excellent cuisine & value for money. For sports enthusiasts, there is the Orihuela Costa Resort which has a large swimming pool with sunbeds, tennis courts, basketball court & gymnasium all of which can be visited at a small cost. For golfers, there are 3 excellent courses within 10 minutes of the urbanisation - Villamartin, Las Ramblers & Campoamor. Airport & other transport e.g. golf trips can be arranged.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable to the key holder on arrival. A Damage/ key deposit of 100 Euros or £75.00 is required on arrival and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property & return of the keys to the key holder on departure.
    The cleaning charge of 60 Euros will be payable to the key holder on arrival.
    The property must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure if there is another booking that day. Should there not be any new clients arriving, you are welcome to stay until you depart for your flight.
  • Airport pick ups & returns can be arranged for up to 5 people & luggage in one of our vehicles or up to 8 people & luggage in our other vehicle for Murcia & Alicante airports.
    Special rates for car hire can be arranged when booking this property which include your airport transfers & your car being at the property for your arrival.
  • Other transport arrangements can also be arranged locally e.g. waterparks, golf.

Days out: There are 2 Aquaparks within reach of La Zenia. Go-karting is available in nearby Punta Prima. Horse riding is available nearby. Playa Flamenca Saturday market is within walking distance to Amapolas IV. There are 3 beautiful golf courses within 10 minutes of Amapolas IV : Villamartin, Las Ramblers & Campoamor. There are some excellent coach excursions to various towns/villages in Spain which are very good value for money with pick up/ drop off in La Zenia.

Nights out: Pubs & restaurants are within walking distance in La Zenia, Via Park 1&2, Playa Flamenca area, and also Cabo Roig's STRIP (as it's called). Villamartin Plaza with many excellent restaurants is 5 minutes drive away.

Book golf & tee off time before you arrive: Please ask us for website link to GOLF FACTORY for green fees prices & also booking your tee off time.

Best holiday ever, Kev and Sue were fantastic very helpful and obliging. Everything was in walking distance very clean and safe. Am definately goin back there again.
