Nearest Airport: Murcia at 25 Kilometres
Car: recommended
La Zenia is about 10 mins by car from the town of Torrevieja, which has a beach, harbour and large shopping area. There are numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. On Fridays there is a market along the sea front and during the height of the season this is on most days. There is a water park on the outskirts of the town near the Carrefour (large supermarket), there is also a large shopping plaza and different eateries. There is also a cinema and bowling alley. La Zenia has a large white sandy beach and there are two slightly smaller coves on either side of it. During the summer there is a bar on the beach, and food is also served there. About 25 mins south of La Zenia is the natural lagoon called Mar Menor, which is about 18*C all year. There are numerous water sports available and the bathing is suitable for small children. Around La Zenia there are numerous golf courses including Villamartin, Las Rambles and La Manga is only about 40 mins by car.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure the property. Please note this is non-refundable. A mid stay linen change is available at an additional charge. An additional cleaning charge will be made for a short stay.
    A key deposit of £50 is required, which is returned after property check and return of keys.
    Check out is at 10 am and check in is at 4 pm. You will be met at the property and shown around and the keys handed over. You will be met on leaving the property to hand back the keys.
  • Pick ups from airport are available, rates on application.
  • Welcome packs are also available, rates vary on requirements.
