Secluded country house 5min walk to Teulada village 4m drive to beach

Finca Caterina is a country house with 8X4 metre swimming pool, fully secluded garden and pool with mountain views from the bedrooms. Situated on a 2000 sq metre flat plot on the outskirts of a busy Spanish village. You can enjoy a fully secluded self catering holiday but pop into town on foot for provisions or to one of the excellent local restaurants and Teulada is only 10 minutes drive from the popular beach resort of Moraira. The owners occupy the property for most of the year so there is everything you need to live in comfort. The house has been renovated in local style and has been designed to sleep, entertain and feed eight people in comfort inside and out. There is a five burner large oven, microwave, and fridge freezer plus washing machine and extra fridge in an outhouse. The kitchen dining area is open plan but there is a separate lounge. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and two bedrooms and a shower room downstairs making it suitable for two families.

Teulada is easy to find from the Benissa/Teulada junction of the A7 motorway and is conveniently situated to explore this beautiful part of the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport is 55mins south and Valencia 75 mins north. Moraira beach is 10 mins by car, Javea is 15mins north, Calpe and Altea 15-20 mins south. Benidorm with its Terra Mitica Park and Aqualandia water park are 35 mins away. Inland you can drive through the beautiful Jalon valley and explore mountain villages. Teulada is a more Spanish town than any of the resorts and has attractive old buildings as well as modern shops and restaurants.
