This natural stone wall building, completed end of 2006, is the guest's house of a Finca, with its own separate entrance. The approx. 90sq m building is part of the 2.400sq m complex of the Finca, with wonderful gardens and a large pool area. It consists of a separate double bedroom, a second bedroom on the gallery above the living area, a third bedroom (open, on the gallery above the bedroom), an open kitchen, dining area and a shower room, and has its own terrace with BBQ. Situated in one of the most luxurious and privileged areas of the Costa Blanca (Cap Blanc in Moraira), approx. 300 m from a small private beach, all amenities, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Doctors etc. are within walking distance.

Under the natural protection of the impressive cape known as the Punta de Moraira is an exceptionally pretty town between Javea and Calpe. Once a small fishing village Moraira is developing into an exclusive and charming town much favoured by both holiday makers and those wishing to buy a permanent or semi-permanent residence on the Costa Blanca. Careful town planning regulations have ensured that Moraira has not lost its Mediterranean charm to over development as it is renowned for its secluded coves and bays, whilst one can still experience an extremely attractive beach, numerous bars and restaurants, and luscious green vegetation. The superb marina here is the centre of social and sporting activities in this town and is the venue for the 'Cruisers Championship'. Due to the cosmopolitan nature of the town Moraira also benefits from a large selection of quality restaurants offering delightful cuisines from many different nationalities.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of the booking. Final 50% balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payments are to be made by bank transfer in Euro currency only with transfer charges on top of the rental price. Please discuss with owner upon booking.
    A refundable deposit of 400€ will be required, to be paid locally on arrival. Please see the Terms & Conditions you receive before making your booking.
  • Linen and towels are not included , so you can either bring your own or hire them for 12€ per person. (There is a washing machine at the villa). For electricity 10€ per day, and for a final cleaning 60€ will be charged, this wants to be paid locally. You may also hire a cot for 20€ (per week) and a high chair for 10€ (per week). This can be paid locally or with the balance of the holiday payment. This is also fully explained in the Terms & Conditions.
