This natural stone wall building, completed end of 2006, is the guest's house of a Finca, with its own separate entrance. The approx. 90sq m building is part of the 2.400sq m complex of the Finca, with wonderful gardens and a large pool area. It consists of a separate double bedroom, a second bedroom on the gallery above the living area, a third bedroom (open, on the gallery above the bedroom), an open kitchen, dining area and a shower room, and has its own terrace with BBQ. Situated in one of the most luxurious and privileged areas of the Costa Blanca (Cap Blanc in Moraira), approx. 300 m from a small private beach, all amenities, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Doctors etc. are within walking distance.

Luxury Finca, completed end of 2006, situated in the urbanisation Cap Blanc in Moraira, one of most exclusive places on the Costa Blanca. Comprises the Main Building “La Siesta” with 300 sqm living area and a separate Guest’s House “Casita La Siesta” of 90 sqm, to rent separately. 2.450 sqm complex with wonderful garden a large pool area, used by both the Buildings. Main Building comprises – for the renters use – on the ground floor 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom „en-Suite“, and one with air conditioning, separate guest’s WC, large living/dining area, a living room with fire place, kitchen, a large covered terrace with TV-connection, and on the lower level a Health/Fitness area (Jacuzzi not in use in the summer).– Not accessible for renters: Owner’s bedroom, office, cellar rooms / technical equipments, garage, carport. Access: Separate pedestrian entrances for Main Building and Guest’s House. Ideal for 2-4 people who like to enjoy an exclusive, spacious place for their holiday

Under the natural protection of the impressive cape known as the Punta de Moraira is an exceptionally pretty town between Javea and Calpe. Once a small fishing village Moraira is developing into an exclusive and charming town much favoured by both holiday makers and those wishing to buy a permanent or semi-permanent residence on the Costa Blanca. Careful town planning regulations have ensured that Moraira has not lost its Mediterranean charm to over development as it is renowned for its secluded coves and bays, whilst one can still experience an extremely attractive beach, numerous bars and restaurants, and luscious green vegetation. The superb marina here is the centre of social and sporting activities in this town and is the venue for the 'Cruisers Championship'.
