Once a small fishing village, Moraira has retained its tranquil atmosphere due to the strict planning restrictions which means it has escaped high rise apartments and hotels. The coast is broken only by small coves and secluded beaches. Situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe. It is situated approx; 80 kms (1 hr) from Alicante and 110 kms (1.5 hrs) from Valencia airports with excellent motorway and coastal roads to & from both. However, the surrounding area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. There are also some larger resorts nearby that are easily reached by car that are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is about 30km away.

  • Bookings via the owner direct. 25% of the rent is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before entry date, along with a deposit of £150 (the deposit will be quickly returned within 5 days after the end of your holiday providing a check of the property is satisfactory and the keys are returned). Alternative arrangements may be possible for last minute bookings or periods shorter than one week.
  • 10% off 2009 summer bookings if made before 31 May 2009.
