This spacious sunny villa in Moraira on a private complex of 22, is close to the beach. The private terrace enclosed with flowering shrubs, is furnished with patio table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, BBQ and sun lounger’s and has a direct view of the very large pool with children's shallow area, ideal for families of all ages. You enter the house through a covered naya into a large open plan lounge/dining room with TV/video/DVD, off which is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and shower/toilet room with a washing machine. Upstairs the master bedroom has double doors leading to a sun terrace with sun blind and a pleasant view of the pool and the surrounding area. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes/storage also large landing with extra storage. The main bathroom upstairs has bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash-hand basin. A view from the rear looks directly over the vineyards and orange groves. Hot/cold air-conditioning. NO INCREASES IN OUR RATES, ***2009 PRICES FOR SUMMER 2010***

Moraira, approximately an hour from Alicante or Valencia airports is a pretty, unspoilt, clean and bright seaside town with blue flag fine sandy beaches, promenade, marina, many international & budget restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, also a weekly market. A few minutes away is the lovely sandy cove of El Portet and within easy reach of Calpe, Javea and Denia. The Costa Blanca coastline has many fine beaches with a backdrop of spectacular mountain scenery. Benidorm, is 30 minutes drive away and hosts water and theme-parks also large shopping mall and hypermarket. At Ondara (20 minutes, north) there is a new Shopping, cinema and bowling complex, open 7 days a week. Within a few minutes by car or 10-15 minutes walk from the house is a local shopping area with a well stocked supermarket and deli, bakery, newsagents, hairdressers, laundry, car-hire & taxi, several bars and restaurants, one of which does an excellent English Breakfast.

  • GREAT AUTUMN & WINTER DISCOUNTS Contact the owner for details. ****SPECIAL WINTER OFFERS 2009-2010**** Rentals rates for 4 or more weeks from £115.00 per week plus electricity. Available until end of March 2010. Have you tried Ryanair from Ireland or the UK to Valencia and Alicante, they have some good offers of flights and car hire at the moment.
  • We require a Booking Deposit of 20% on confirmation of booking. The balance of the rental plus £100 refundable deposit against cleaning and breakages to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday. The refundable deposit will be repaid by cheque after departure providing the house and all equipment is left clean and there are no breakages.
  • Rental rates include bed linen, blankets and towels according to the number of people booked. We are happy to provide a mid-term linen change, at an extra charge of £50.00.

Family holiday July 2008

We stayed in this villa in July 2008 for 8 days - 3 adults and two teenagers. The owners are very friendly and were very helpful and flexible about arrival and departure dates. The villa is very spacious, clean and tidy with a beautiful pool right outside the terrace. There is a lovely sunny terrace from the main bedroom on the first floor and this has a great view of the pool area. There was plenty of storage for clothes. The villa is set in a very quiet area and the pool was never crowded. The cooking pots and pans could do with a bit of an upgrade.
A car is an absolute essential and we did not find any shops to be within a ten minute walk away.
This would be a good place to stay if you want to get away from the usual package holiday experience and were looking for a quite location.
Owner's Response: They were a very nice family, and left the house in excellent clean condition, It was a pleasure having them and hope they will return.
I have updated the information about the local shops, to read 10/15 minutes walk away and the website information does say that a car is necessary. Also I will be checking on the cooking pots and pans, whatever need replacing will be done this week. Aug. 2008.
