The villa is within a quiet, gated residential complex in Playa Flamenca, approx. 5km south of Torrevieja. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or golfers. Local amenities, all within 5 mins walk, include bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, medical facilities and a large Saturday street market. Local beaches are within walking distances or a short drive. The region also boasts many tourist attractions and leisure facilities from excellent golf courses (3 within 10 min drive), water parks, theme parks, a fun fair & a safari park to historical buildings, arts & museums etc. The Commercial centre is developing rapidly with more shops, restaurants and wine bars.

  £50 deposit (non refundable) required at time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks or more before departure. A key/breakage deposit of £50 is payable with the balance and refunded on return of the villa keys and confirmation of no damages or extra cleaning necessary.

Coast/Beach

Blue flag beaches are a few minutes away either by car or walking. A third beach a short distance (5 mins drive) along the coast at La Zenia has water sports & lifeguards during high season. You will find banana boats, jet bikes and Para-sailing here but if you want something a little more secluded, there are several other beaches around the Torrevieja area to choose from including La Mata in the north or Mar Menor to the south, which is particularly suitable for children.

Attractions

Attractions within approx. an hours drive include Terra Mitica Theme Park, the Benidorm Palace for dinner, shows & dancing and Mundomar Marine & Exotic Animal Park. The caves at Busot boast one of the highest vaults in all of Spain, described as being similar to a cathedral. Busot also offers hiking routes with views of the whole region. Also nearby is the Rio Safari Park and the Curates’ Orchard at Elche, a garden 13,000 sq metres in size, specialising in Mediterranean and tropical plants Golfers are spoilt for choice as they have the option of three 18-hole golf courses within 10 mins drive of the villa (Real Campoamar, Villa Martin and Las Ramblas) and another superb development (La Finca) within 20 mins drive. The world famous La Manga golf course is only 40 mins drive south! Transport to & from courses may be made available if booked well in advance. Further Details

Local shops and restaurants including Via Park I & II, La Florida are short stroll from the Villa. The large commercial centre of Flamenca Beach plus the shopping centre around the town hall are within 10 mins walk. There is a Saturday market not to be missed, as it is one of the biggest and best on the whole of the Costa Blanca. Also available locally is Go Karts with sections divided by age from “baby karts” for 5 to 10 year olds, “junior karts” for 10 to 15 years up to “adult karts” from 16 years old. The Go Karts area also has quad bikes and houses a café. Torrevieja which is within 10 minutes drive is a popular resort surrounded by salt lakes, which are home to a variety of wildlife including pink flamingos, which are protected within the nature reserve. It has a large marina with over 1000 berths, a fun fair, a promenade, which is bustling from early evening with street artists and stalls, a harbour walk and abundant bars, shops and restaurants.
