Situated in Playa Flamenca - La Florida Residence, quiet yet within walking distance from entertainment, 10 minutes drive from Torrevieja, 5 minute drive from beach. The villa has a front and back terrace, kitchen, lounge with ceiling fan, 2 bedrooms (one double bed, one with bunk beds and another single mattress - both have ceiling fans. The solarium is equipped with electricity and water lines for BBQs. 1 bathroom upstairs and toilet/sink downstairs. Air-conditioning downstairs. Lovely community pool including kiddies pool. A range of excellent restaurants and bars often with entertainment shows are within strolling distance, along with supermarkets, shops, bank etc. 5 excellent golf courses in the area the nearest is a 10 minute drive away. Alicante airport 40 minutes drive away, Murcia airport 30 minutes drive away.
