A new house on the Playa Flamenca resort with private terraces and two communal pools, close to a number of Mediterranean beaches all with Blue Flag awards. Ideal for golf enthusiasts with 3 courses within 15 minutes drive including Villamartin championship course. Beach, banks, supermarkets, 50+ bars and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk. Airport transfers available through our management company. Playa Flamenca is situated about 35 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia airports. We believe our house has the lowest rates for a 5 bedroom house within walking distance of the beach on the Costa Blanca. We offer to match the advertised rates of any similar property. A very spacious five bedroom/three bathroom house with two terraces, garden and 2 communal pools on Playa Flamenca development close to beaches and golf courses. The lounge/diner has settee's, satellite TV and dining table & chairs. Second lounge has setee's and table. One Double bedroom, One Family bedroom with 1 double & 1 single, One bedroom with 3 single beds and Two twin bedrooms give sleeping capacity of twelve, plus travel cot. Fully fitted kitchen is complete with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher & washing machine. Playa Flamenca is situated about 35 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia airports. Ideally suited to families, the house is located within 10-15 minutes walking distance of beach, banks, supermarkets and 50 plus bars and restaurants. Please bear in mind it is located within a primarily residential area, if you require a Magaluf type resort this is not for you. Airport transfers available through our management company.

Golfing and Activities: Playa Flamenca is just five minutes drive from Villamartin championship golf course and ten minutes to Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Ten minutes from Playa Flamenca is a very popular riding school. The nearest Blue Flag beach is about ten minutes walk. DISCOUNT GOLF BOOKINGS : We can book your requirements at all local courses and provide transport to and from course. Current rates in Euros : Campoamor-45/La Finca-67.50/Las Ramblas-40.50/Villamartin-54. These courses are all within 15 minutes of the house. Please contact us for all inclusive (house, golf and transport) at the most competitive rates.

Shopping and Markets: The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is a five minute walk. A Spanish market is held on the streets of Playa Flamenca each Saturday and there are large street markets held in Torrevieja on Friday and Guardamar on Wednesday. Whilst there are numerous bars and restaurants together with banks and supermarkets within walking distance a vehicle will obviously enhance your holiday but it is not essential.

Torrevieja and Surrounding Area: Torrevieja is a fifteen minute drive where you will find a plethora of restaurants and bars. In addition there is a nightly craft market on the seafront promenade and a large funfair for the children at Fiesta times and throughout the peak season. For a wide variety of restaurants serving International cuisine Villamartin Plaza is just five minutes drive away. The commercial areas of Flamenca Beach and Via Park offer a variety of restaurants and bars just ten minutes walk away.

We stayed here in June 09 as a family as we were visiting my eldest son to celebrate his 21st birthday. Our party included an elderly parent and a disabled sister and it was fantastic. Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable and very close to everything you need. I would recommend a car though as with an elderly parent walking anywhere was a slow process and even the thought of a cold drink at the end of the road still made it slow. We have stayed in the area before but would come back here for the sheer comfort and cleanliness of the house. Plenty of bits and pieces for children as well, buckets, spades, sunbeds. My young son of 8 thought the idea of the pool being only 38 leaps away was brilliant and it was enclosed and clean as well.

Absolutely perfect and will definitely consider staying there again.
