An attractive Andalucian style three bedroom, three bathroom villa with garden, patio and roof terrace close to all amenities, and just a short drive from the airport. The property comprises of a small entrance garden at the front, with a covered shady terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a longe/dinner with sofas, TV, music and DVD player (please bring your own Cd's). There is a large dinning table with six chairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, grill and washing machine. Also the ground floor contains a shower room with toilet facilities. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en suite and access to its own balcony with excellent views. There are two further bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds and a family bathroom. The last flight of stairs lead you to the roof solarium with sun loungers and amazing views of the bay and mountains.

The property is part of a complex located up on a cliff on the boundaries between Elche's beaches and Santa Pola. Very quiet condominium with excellent views of the bay and the Mediterranean sea from the front of the property. The master bedroom has a balcony at the front of the house. The excellent climate on the spanish Mediterranean coast makes this region a real paradise. Average annual temperatures of 21C with warm summers and good winter temperatures, without extreme between the different seasons of the year. Thanks to the region's extraordinary climate you can take part in countless outdoor activities under a splendid Mediterranean sun. Conveniently located within walking distance from the apartment you will find a free form communal swimming pool and park, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Just 10 min drive is the airport, 15min and you are in Alicante or Santa Pola town with one of the largest and most modern fish markets in Europe

We had a lovely time. The house is immaculately clean, and very nicely
decorated. Yolanda and Jaime, who let us into the house, were extremely
friendly and helpful. They even drove my husband around and showed him how
to get to the beach and the grocery stores. All in all, it was a very
positive experience, and I recommend this property wholeheartedly.

When Booking the house Juan was most helpful and the whole process was pretty straight forward. Upon
arriving at the airport Juan's sister met us at the airport, from
there she took us to the house and showed us around. The house is brand new
and has every thing your house back home would have right down to the kitchen
utensils. Then Juan's sister took us around the local area and showed us
all we needed to know.The house was perfect in terms of what we wanted, extremely well presented. We
will go back again.

What a Gem!!!

My family stayed in the house last year (2007)and can't wait to go back again this year - it's a beautiful property with loads of space. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is so well equiped you'll struggle to need a utensil that's not there. The pool area is lovely, very well maintained with a life guard on duty during it's opening hours. Juan and his sister Yolanda are very helpful during the booking and holiday period.
Gran Alcant is a small resort but has plenty of restaurants and a good weekly market. The beach which is approx 5 mins drive away is fabulous and there are several large supermarkets in the resort.
I have no hesitation in recommending this house!!
