This is a much sough after lovely ground and upper floor property within a secure, friendly private complex,. The property comes with air conditioned bedrooms, Satellite TV, DVD & over 150 movies & CDs . For those wishing to read there is a good selection of books. The complex boasts two beautiful swimming pools, one suitable for small children, tennis court, play area & gardened area. Remote control private and secure covered car parking space. Situated just 10 minutes south of Alicante town and 8 minutes from the Airport (away from the flight path). Views of the Clot De Galvany Natural Park, with its nature trails, picnic areas and observation points ideal for bird watching. Within 10 minutes walking distance with its fabulous sand dunes is Carabassi Beach. Just a few minutes walk away are restaurants, bars, supermarket and a local bus stop. Benidorm is 30 minutes away with the Terra Mitica Theme Park and Aqualandia Water Park.

The ancient town of Santa Pola is 10 minutes drive away whereby you can visit the Sea Museum and the Aquarium in the Town Castle. In the evening, enjoy the bars, discos and summer terraces on the seafront. Stroll around the town and the quiet walkways of the Palmeral Park or la Cenia, with recreation areas and playgrounds for the children. Only 15 minutes drive away is the 1st class international city of Alicante. It's a city steeped in history, rich in culture, awash with every kind of shop and restaurant imaginable and literally bursting with beach life. This city offers numerous cultural activities from popular festivals to street concerts, theatre groups, choirs and exhibitions. Or take a stroll along the Marina promenade with bars and excellent restaurants.

Carabassi beach: The lovely unspoilt Beach is just 15min walk down from our Complex, or less than 2min drive. The Beach is backed by Sand Dunes and stretches right along to the next Resort. Even at peak season there is still plenty of Beach to enjoy, and safe bathing in the Sea, as it gently slopes away into the water. All along the coast there are other Beaches to explore, some more commercial, but still plenty of room to enjoy.

What Gran Alacant has to offer : Gran Alacant is still evolving with new Bars, Shops and Restaurants opening as the area slowly grows, and demand increases. Within five minutes walk there is at present a choice of different Bars, Shops, and Restaurants, including Chinese, Mexican, Spanish and Italian food, and an English Convenience Food Shop, Bread Shop etc., to name just some on offer. Walk further into the older part and there is a Chemist, plus Indian, Argentinian and more traditional Spanish Restaurants, plus a very good Supermarket. There are plenty of Banks with ATM's, and if you drive down to the Gran Alacant Centre, there's even more choice available for all your needs

A lovely homely accommodation

Thank you so much for letting us use your lovely luxury home. First and last impressions were the same…fabulous. Only 10 minutes from airport, plenty of bars and top restaurants just outside the complex leaving us to enjoy without the worry of driving. The complex, which is secure and safe for children is first class and the property itself which has every appliance necessary to easy your stay.

Very nice property, conveniently situated near beaches and other amenities also only a short drive from the airport. The complex is very secure and offers excellent facilities such as swimming pools and play area, ideal for a family holiday. The communication with the owners was very friendly . Will book again in the future.

A Great Townhouse

Perfect townhouse in a totally gated urbanisation, close to shops, great for the kids with the most enormous kids pool and plenty of space for sun loungers. Very clean with everything you would need for a most enjoyable stay. Booked again for summer 08. Excellent communication between owners and hirer. Highly recommended.
